Who are on the jury panel?

I did not make the registration deadline. Is there a possibility to sign up later?

Since the juries have deadlines to score the pieces/campaigns that have been assigned to them, that will not be possible.

Deadline for registering pieces/campaigns?

The deadline is April 29, 2023.

The pieces or campaigns have to be real? Can they be work we presented but never published?

Only real campaigns that have been published between March 10th, 2022 and April 25th, 2023.

Can I register more pieces/campaigns than the ones that where assigned?

Off course you can, but keep in mind that in case you turn out to be finalist for several categories, the agency must make the payment for the winners fee for each one of the categories separately.

How many pieces/campaigns can my agency register?

Up to 4 pieces free of charge. The additional pieces/campaigns will have an additional cost as follows: 150 USD for each additional. Until March 31 you can submit up to 3 additional pieces for 150 USD

How do I register a piece/campaign?

In order to register a piece/campaign, your agency must be already registered in WINA’s registration platform (Click Here to register your agency). Once you’ve done that, you need to Log into the platform and start uploading the entries.

How can I register my Agency?

Fill in the application  (Click Here) and within 72 hours you will receive an e-mail with the Log In information and the quantity of entries you are allowed to register without fee.

Can Independent Advertising Networks participate?

Yes, agencies belonging to an independent global network can participate.

What are the requirements to participate?

To be a member in an association, local or international community of advertising, digital marketing or creativity.

How do I know that I am a finalist?

The organization will be sending direct e-mails with this information and the platform will notify you as well.

What the Winners Fee are?

Winners Fee is the payment made by an agency in the event of them becoming winners in any category.

Where do I pay Rights Award?

The Winners Fee must be paid directly at the agency platform. When you become a finalist the option of “Winners Fee Payment” will become available.

What does the Winners Fee cover?

The payment for award rights includes the trophy (Grand Prix, Gold, Silver or Bronze), its shipment and customs payment

What happens if I do not pay the Winners Fee?

If an agency does not pay the Winners Fee, the distinction will not be granted, and it won’t be taken under consideration in all the press releases made by the Festival or Media allied with the organization.

Deadline to pay the Winners Fee?

May 17th, 2023.

What happens if I won and cannot make it to the Award Ceremony?

If you are unable to attend the award ceremony, the trophies will be sent to the address provided on the registration platform.

Can I go to the Festival as an attendee?

The festival’s award ceremony is only attended by winners, press and special guests invited by the WINA organization. If you wish to attend the ceremony you must send an email to awardswinafestival.com one month before so that it can be accepted. Space is limited and invitations will be given to the first people who make this contact.

Where can I buy the tickets for the Festival?

Write to info@winafestival.com  to generate a secure electronic payment through PayPal or our allied platforms.

We want to go as a group, is there any discount?

No.

What are the conferences in the Festival?

Due to the ongoing pandemic, we are avoiding long mass gatherings. Therefore, for this edition there will be no conferences.

When does the registration begins

The registration is online and it will be officially open in December 15, 2022. As of that date, the agencies may register to the Festival and once registered, they may start registering their pieces/campaigns in any of the categories.
