Rolando Cordova has spent the last 10 years living around the globe, working for the most respected advertising agencies. Originally from Lima-Peru, Rolando is considered one of the most international Peruvian creatives. He currently works as a creative director at McCann New York and is co-founder of his creative collective in Lima.
Before landing in New York, Rolando spent two years in Paris working at the French hot shop Fred & Farid, creating global work for the iconic brand Orangina.
Prior to his Parisian experience he lived for five years in Amsterdam working at Wieden+Kennedy, where he created global digital work for Coca Cola and at BSUR where him and his partner, Gian Carlo Lanfranco, worked as the leading team on the global MINI business. Being responsible for the multi awarded launch of the MINI Countryman and the MINI Coupe.
They also taught at the Miami Ad School in Amsterdam—sharing their experiences with up-and-coming talent.
Before Amsterdam, Rolando worked for two years at Saatchi & Saatchi Singapore, helping the agency become “Agency of the year” two years on a row.
Rolando started his career in Saatchi & Saatchi Peru where he won the first ever Future Lions in Cannes.
Their work has been recognized at all the major advertising festivals, including: Cannes Lions, The One Show, The Clio Awards, Art Directors Club, London International Awards, Eurobest, Epica Awards, Young Guns, New York Festivals and Ojo de Iberoamerica. He also served as a jury and speaker at El Ojo de Iberoamerica.

He has worked in agencies such as McCann Argentina, Paraguay, DDB Paraguay, El Salvador and Colombia; Publicis Colombia and Venezuela, JWT and Y&R in Ecuador, BBDO, Circus in Peru, and currently in Causa, the independent Agency with more than 70 years of continuity in the market.
During his career he has handled all the categories of clients, receiving aknowledgments in Cannes Lions, London International Awards, Gran Effie, New York Festival, Clio, FIAP, El Ojo de Iberoamerica, Festival del Caribe, APAP, NOVA, ANDA, and of course WINA.
Started his career in the south of Brazil, then went to São Paulo and right after to Lisbon. Worked as an art director in W/Portugal, Publicis Group and EugenioDDB, creating campaigns for clients such as Nestlé, Renault, Daewoo Motors, among others.
Founded his own ad agency Tif with $ 400, in 2004 and its gross revenue in 2016 was $ 13Mi.
He was elected Promotional Marketing Businessman of the year in 2008, conquered the tittle of Advertising Agency of the Year 2009 with only 5 years in the market, and was elected Advertsing Man of the year 2013 by Prêmio Colunistas.
In 2016, he was awarded as Highlight of the Year as the President of the Paraná Creativity Club. Has received more than 200 prizes between nationals and internationals.
Camila Farías, founder and current CEO of RC Farías Marketing & Advertising. With a professional degree in graphic design at LaSalle College, she began her career as a designer and advertiser for a chain of restaurants in Bogota, Colombia.
Curiosity and passion for marketing led her to seek different clients and brands with whom to work as a designer or independent consultant. Her constant career growth in advertising allowed her to be the founder of her first company ASLO Creativa, a project that lasted only three years because of its evolution and her career as a marketing specialist.
In 2007 she created the company RC Farías, a fast growing, full-service marketing agency. Her leadership in RC Farías has allowed her to develop what she likes to do best, support companies in their marketing areas, with the only objective of generating brand results. Her vision and hard work always drive her team to explore new markets to grow as an agency and generate business models that strengthen RC Farías.
