AGENCY REGISTRATION

Note that registration is only free when you are an independent agency (not connected to an existing traditional multinational network) or an independent multinational network.

The following terms and conditions apply:

  • You must be affiliated with an association, a local community, or internationally with advertising, marketing design, digital or creative.
  • Must have registered material at the FICE or WINA Festival 2016.
  • Receive a direct invitation from the Festival.

In case you do not meet the above requirements, write to contact@winafestival.com to apply with your agency and receive an invitation to register your piece.

The agencies that wish to register more entries than the ones signed to them must pay 190 USD extra per entry

STEP BY STEP

1. Complete the form in order to register for the WINA Global Festival 2017. Click here http://awards.winafestival.com/es/register
2. Within 72 hours you will receive a notification confirming your account information and a number of pieces you are allowed to submit to WINA judging. (This mail will only be sent if you meet the stipulated  terms and conditions ) Once you receive this mail you can submit your pieces.
3. Signup with your username and password and follow the instructions, “agencies access” to upload your pieces. You don’t have to upload all pieces at once but remember that submission will close the 20th of May 2017 at 00:00 London (UK) time.
4. After submitting all your work you will receive a confirmation notice.
5. The winning agencies will receive an e-mail notification. This notification will not confirm which of the five distinctions they have  won, that announcement will only be made at the WINA gala.

ENTRY REGISTRATION

In order to submit your work, the agency must be registered first. The registration of pieces/campaigns/content has no fee. However if your agency turn out to be winner, they must pay the winners fee. The finalists will only be announced to the media once they have made payment.
