  • Entries in this category include published spots between March 10th, 2023, and April 25th, 2024.
  • If the participant has material completed, but not published, as of April 25th, but that will be published before May 1st, 2024, it may be submitted upon approval by the client.
  • If you want to submit additional entries, you may do so, but will have to pay 150 USD per entry.

T1 – Personal hygiene, beauty and health. Deodorants, perfumes, lotions, toilet paper, toothpaste, mouthwashes, toothbrushes and hairbrushes, feminine towels, tampons, makeup, hair products, hand and body creams, bronzers, sun blockers, tissues, soaps, shaving machines and shaving creams. Hospitales, clínicas, drugstores, hairdressers, spas, opticians, yoga rooms, gyms or fitness, dietary supplements, repellents, orthopedic products, contraceptives, pregnancy test, contact lenses, aid bands, kids and adults diapers, medicines, first aid kits, cotton, and products and services alike.

T2 –Food, dairy and snacks. Cooking ingredients, frozen, canned, baby food, sausages, milks, meats, pasta, packaged pizzas, dates, butters, oils, spices, fruits, vegetables, sauces, cereals, flours, cheeses, eggs, pre-cooked foods , ready to eat or powdered soups, margarines, dressings. Chewin gums, instant foods, donuts, typical sweets, candies, chocolates, ice creams, cakes, lollypops, desserts, breads, snacks, cookies, cereal bars, peanut butter, sweets, jams, sugar, honey, packaged fried products, nuts, chocolate milks, creams, yogurt and products and services alike.

T3 –Home and office. Articles for home and office, articles for children, carpets, tableware, mattresses, paints, hardware tools and products, DIY, decoration, furniture, batteries, school and office supplies, gardening products. Household cleaning products, detergents, clothing products, environment deodorants, floor waxes, insecticides, household plastics. Pet’s food and products. and products and services alike.

T4 –Home appliances, gadgets, technology, video games and computing. Refrigerators, vacuum cleaners, washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, microwaves, kitchens, heaters, air conditioners, blenders, multiprocessors, coffee machines. Audio and video equipment, televisions, players, cameras, desktops, laptops, tablets, video game consoles, photocopiers, printers, scanners, landlines and mobiles, and products and services alike.

T5 –Public and private utilities. Telephony. Telephony; Companies, products and services of telephony and communication, prepaid telephony, promotions for local and international calls; Open TV services, cable and satellite TV, online TV subscription; Free and paid Internet providers; Water, toilet, gas and electricity companies and services; Health companies; Postal and courier services, telephone directories, toll services, oil companies; schools, academies, institutes, universities, courses and postgraduate courses face-to-face and online, and products and services alike.

T6 –Entertainment, restaurants, fashion and tourism. Bars, nightclubs, cafes, fast foods, food trucks, sports clubs, sports, theme parks and amusement parks, zoos, movie complexes, shows and sporting events, festivals, museums, exhibitions and exhibitions. T13 –Media. Newspapers, magazines, movie theaters, radio and TV programs, TV channels and radio stations, outdoor advertising companies, portals, communities and alternative media. Other media.

T14 – Services and digital products promotion. Online stores, social networks, apps, websites, B2C and B2B services. Websites for direct sale to the public. Internet search engines.

T15 –Government, political, social or religious messages.  Political campaigns, messages and religious works; Governmental organizations, security and public works campaigns, civic campaigns, education, training and employment carried out by the government; Dissemination of state and municipal services.

T16 –Social and Environmental. Public good. Non-governmental organizations, environmental awareness, voluntary associations, foundations, charitable works, donation of organs and blood, prevention of diseases or addictions, campaigns against discrimination. Campaigns for empowerment, gender equality; no hate speech campaigns on social media and similar actions that seek a better world.

T17 – Services campaigns. Integrates 3 or more spots.

T18 – Product Campaigns. Integrates 3 or more spots.

T19 – Institutional Campaigns. Integrates 3 or more spots.

T20– Public Services Campaigns, civic and social campaigns.

T21 – Small Budget. Spots with budgets below USD $5,000.

In order to upload the cases and have them judged, a username and password are required, which will be provided once you register your agency via our registration platform.

How to register in WINA 2024?

  1. Register your agency in the Registration section.
  2. When doing so, you will receive an email to upload your 4 entries at no cost on April 29nd, 2023
  3. Only if the agency turns out to be a winner, you must pay the award fees. The payment is made only of the case (s) with the one (s) that was awarded. Please note that starting this year, shipping costs will already be included with this payment, so there will be no additional charges of any kind.

After having the user and password, which was delivered once you registered, enter the registration area to upload the spot. Once you are there you must attach the URL of the spot uploaded to YouTube with high quality and a maximum duration of 3 minutes, without clipping or mention the producing agency or producer.

  • Leave the original language of the spot and add english subtitles (unless the spot is already in this language).
  • The signature or watermark of the agency that made the piece can not be maintained.
  • The FILM category will give a GRAND PRIX to the spot with the highest score in the jury voting. The four best scores by subcategory will be recognized with gold, silver or bronze trophy. The 4th place will receive a “mention of honor” plaque.
  • If the score given by the jury does not meet the expected quality, only silver or bronze will be given or the category will just not be awarded.

In WINA, the caseload is free, only the winners of gold, silver, bronze or honorable mention (fourth place) pay for the awards fees. Since May 8th, 2024, the winning finalists will be notified, so that they can pay the awards rights before May 17th, 2024, as follows:

The final winners of the WINA GLOBAL FESTIVAL, will only be published to media, communities and in our website, once they have paid the awarding rights as highlighted by the official rules and regulations of the Festival.
