Nacho Vallejo was born in Madrid in 1967, and he chose to move to Montevideo in 1987.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Communication, issued by the Catholic University of Uruguay. In 2008, he founded Amén, with his partner Milena Guillot. He is the CEO and the Chief Creative Officer of the agency.

She went on to lead a team of 5 creatives at VMLY&R Mumbai as Associate Creative Director (2019-2021), working on digital campaigns for Heinz Indonesia, Marico, Ageas Federal Life Insurance, Platinum Guild of India, Cipla.
Her work has claimed awards at Kyoorius, ProMaxBDA, The Drum Advertising, D&AD NewBlood, and was a winner at the Social Samosa Superwomen 2021 Awards. She is also a part-time mentor at Miami Ad School since 2018, where she trains young creatives, preparing for a career in advertising. Her students have gone on to win prestigious awards like D&AD, One Show, Clios, under her mentorship.

When I was little, my parents say that I would go to a new place and spend hours silently observing and listening to everything that was going on around me, taking an exact snapshot of the place, the people there, and what was happening. This capacity for critical observation, the product of an inner yearning to delve deeper into what I see, allows me to visualise the guiding principle of people; to discover what moves them, what defines them, the sense of authenticity that underpins each person, each project. When what I see is genuine, I fall in love, I devote myself to it, and I find myself arranging it so that it makes sense, expressing a narrative and visual discourse like someone who writes a story for others to understand and enjoy. I have been dedicated to the strategic management and execution of branding projects related to Tourism and Hospitality for more than twenty years. During these two long decades of my professional career, I have collaborated to launch a long list of new companies, brands, and projects, having the opportunity to put into practice my observant and analytical nature. Through this, I have been able to provide an overall, focused and coherent vision based on an analysis of the consumer and the market, as well as in-depth knowledge of the most suitable design, marketing and communication tools. I believe in brands with a soul, which must switch their focus from being authentic to being committed to ethics amid this paradigm shift.
Born in San Sebastian (Basque Country) and now residing in Mallorca, with a degree in Fine Arts from the University of the Basque Country and a Master’s degree from the Open University of Catalonia. Riku Eteläkoski is a Finnish, yea the little nation up north, 30 years old Creative Director and Art Director. BA in Communication with a specialization in Advertising from Turku University of Applied Sciences, Academy of Arts. Currently working at Creative Agency Bob the Robot in Helsinki, Finland.
Riku began his career as art director in 2012. In these 8 years of experience he has worked in the Northern European and Baltic markets. The work covers FMCG, technology and industry such as Veikkaus, Paulig, S-market, Wärtsilä, Metsä Group, Framery, Saarioinen, Hartwall and DNA to mention few.
Riku’s strengths are in visual storytelling, advertising, design & branding, strategy and crafting large-scale integrated marketing campaigns.

Alex is a Creative Director at Ogilvy Cape Town and runs Volkswagen South Africa. While his business card says one thing, Alex doesn’t believe any Creative should fall under one title. He writes, illustrates, sculpts, shoots, collaborates and does whatever it takes to bring an idea to life.
Through this ethos he has gone on to win metal and wooden things at Cannes, D&AD, One Show, London International Awards, and several South African awards shows.
His career has taken him all over the world and he’s had the privilege of working with some incredibly talented people, on some of the world’s most iconic brands like Volkswagen, KFC, Unilever and Guinness.

Martin kicked-off his career by winning Poland’s first ever Film Cannes Lion, a Silver for the work for Tide (P&G). Throughout his career he has won more than 200 creative awards including 27 Cannes Lions recognitions.
Recently Martin led his team to the success of ¨The Unbreakable Rainbow¨. A brave and important project made with Unilever and Ben & Jerry’s (Cannes Lion awards x 5, D&AD, Clio, Andy’s Bravery Award and many more).
