Camila Farías, founder and current CEO of RC Farías Marketing & Advertising. With a professional degree in graphic design at LaSalle College, she began her career as a designer and advertiser for a chain of restaurants in Bogota, Colombia.
Curiosity and passion for marketing led her to seek different clients and brands with whom to work as a designer or independent consultant. Her constant career growth in advertising allowed her to be the founder of her first company ASLO Creativa, a project that lasted only three years because of its evolution and her career as a marketing specialist. In 2007 she created the company RC Farías, a fast growing, full-service marketing agency. Her leadership in RC Farías has allowed her to develop what she likes to do best, support companies in their marketing areas, with the only objective of generating brand results. Her vision and hard work always drive her team to explore new markets to grow as an agency and generate business models that strengthen RC Farías.
