After 18 years working as an International Creative Director in Europe, Asia and the US, Frank recently came back to Germany to open Anomaly Berlin. His creative Wanderlust started with Wieden+Kennedy in Amsterdam and brought him a couple of years later as ECD to the W+K offices in Shanghai and Tokyo. After the devastating earthquake in Japan in 2011 he decided to move to the US to join 72andsunny in Los Angeles. In August 2017 arose the opportunity to open Anomaly Berlin. ‘The Anomaly office in Berlin is the 7th door into the Anomaly network. We run it like an International agency – with strong insights into the German market. And it is exciting’.

Before landing in Rapp, he worked as General Creative Directorin J. Walter Thompson Chile, FWK Argentina and as a copywriter in Agulla & Baccetti, Lowe, Ogilvy and FCB.
He won over 200 awards in basically every national and international festivals, including several grand prix. Took FWK to be distinguished in the Ojo de Iberoamérica festival as the best independent agency in Argentina, Clarín awards and FICE awards, they also became the most awarded agency. Meanwhile, Rapp Argentina was awarded as the year’s best argentinian agency in the 2017 Echo Latam Awards.
He has worked with international clients such as Coca Cola, Pepsico, Ford, Nestlé, Danone, Renault, Mondelez, Santander, Gillette, Unilever, Teléfonica, SC Johnson, Samsung, Movistar, Puma, Shell and DirecTV.

Danny Alvarez is an award winning Art Director with over 15 years of brand advertising experience. He attended the Art Institute of Miami where he studied Graphic Design and Advertising. He has worked with some of the best advertising agencies in the world, including Wieden+Kennedy, Chiat, Crispin Porter + Bogusky and BBDO. He currently works as a Group Creative Director at DAVID The Agency Miami. Founded just three years ago, Danny has played an integral part in helping the agency become the 2nd best in the country, and 4th best in the world, based on the Global Creativity Report. In 2016, Danny won a Cannes Lions Grand Prix in Print & Publishing for a series of print ads for Burger King titled Burning Stores. This year, he helped fight bullying by releasing an online film titled Bullying Jr. that has reached over 5 million views. When he is not working on advertising, Danny spends time on his art and has exhibited his personal work in a number of group shows, as well as the prestigious Art Basel Fair.
