Damian has previously worked for agencies across three totally different markets, from small creative boutiques to +500 people agencies. He went on to work for several years in Miami, Los Angeles and Dallas and, in 2016, he moved to Europe to experience the creative environment in Milan, before taking on the challenge of leading the Creative of Mullen Lowe and Profero in Romania.
Damian has collaborated with internationally renowned clients across multiple industries such as automotive, telecom, banking, retail and FMCG. His work has been recognized at prestigious regional and global festivals, and his most important awards span CCA (Argentinian Creative Circle), CLIO Awards, Effie Awards, El Sol (Ibero-American International Advertising Festival) Spain, El Ojo de Iberoamérica, FIAP (South American International Advertising Festival), Gramado (Festival Mundial de Publicidade de Gramado), Brazil, LIA (London International Awards) or New York Festival. He sat as a jury at festivals such as ADDYS Awards, FIAP, FICE Creativity and Strategy Ibero-American Festival, or the WINA Awards in Buenos Aires.

President – Creative Director and Head Chef
Having worked at JWT, DDB and Saatchi&Saatchi back in Argentina, Pablo moved to the US in 2000 to become the Head of Creative at Bromley, followed by Conill Saatchi&Saatchi and Grupo Gallegos. A few years ago, he applied his barbecue skills to work, in the form of fun and productive asado meetings with teams and clients. These great moments with friends served as the inspiration for the launch of self-founded BBQ Agency in 2014.
Pablo has worked for Pepsi, Toyota, Got Milk, T-Mobile, Sony Playstation, and McDonald’s among others. His latest assignment was to launch a new campaign for AMP energy drink, featuring artist and producer Nicky Jam.
His work has been honored with several major awards like Cannes Lions, Clios and Effie’s and he has represented the US as a judge at Cannes. A former professor, he teaches Creative Writing at California State University, Fullerton.
He is the most important collector of Boca Juniors memorabilia. To finance this, and as a hobby, he dedicates himself to advertising. He has led agencies in Argentina such as Lautrec Saatchi & Saatchi, Y & R, founded Del Campo Nazca S & S, VegaOlmosPonce and was a member of DDB Argentina for 9 years, leaving it among the 50 best agencies in the world.
In 2013, together with his partner Miguel Mendoza, he founded the Mexican agency Nómades. Nómades is the most international awarded independent agency in the last 3 years, being 2nd in the Gunn Report of Mexico. The agency counts with clients like Tecate Mx and USA; both of Heineken. Banorte, Oxxo, Sigma Alimentos, Coca Cola, Caliente, among others.
Nómades has created campaigns that have become cultural phenomena such as «You need to see more Bax» for Tecate. Today the agency is opening offices in Bogota, Colombia and in Austin, USA.

Ilona’s role as a part of INO Group team is to develop and to promote the INO Group agencies brands, run all of marketing and PR-activities of INO Group, and lead international projects of the group.
INO Group is a member of the international network of independent advertising agencies Taan Worldwide and Russian Association of Communication Companies, winner of Russian and international awards, Premium Google Partner and one of the biggest independent advertising/communication companies in Russia.
