Dave Co-founded WolfKing Agency with Creative Partner Jason Woelfl in May 2018. We had previously worked together at M&C Saatchi Sydney and DDB Sydney. Together we have developed creative solutions for clients such as Westpac, Westfund, VW, Skoda, BT and Domain. We look forward to continuing to produce intelligent, effective thinking for our clients at WolfKing.
Prior to that Dave was at DDB as a contract Creative Director. He was there for 14 months working on the above clients.
Prior roles included ECD at Innocean Sydney, Chief Creative Officer Whybin\TBWA Auckland, Joint CEO and ECD of M&C Saatchi New Zealand, ECD at Aim Proximity Auckland and prior to that, National Creative Director Direct for M&C Saatchi Australia.
Whilst at M&C Saatchi Australia, they were Direct Agency of the Year six years straight and always amongst the top 20 Agencies in the World*. At Aim Proximity he led the agency to No 2 in the World and he was rated No 3 Creative Director in the World.
Dave has won a number of awards including a D&AD Yellow Pencil, 2 Nominations, over a dozen Cannes Lions including two prestigious Integrated Lions, over thirty Caples Awards including multiple Golds and a Best of Show, and dozens of other awards from One Show, Adfest, AWARD, Axis, Clio, ADMA and LIA. As well as creative awards, Dave has won a multitude of effectiveness awards. In 2011, Dave was awarded one of the world’s leading accolades, the Irving Wunderman Award at the John Caples Awards in New York. This trophy is given to a creative with a body of consistently great work over a number of years.
Dave has been Chairman of Judges at AWARD three times, Adfest twice and D&AD once. He has also served on Cannes twice, D&AD twice, NY Festivals, Axis, ADMA, Adstars, Cresta and RSVP juries.
Lucas Paulino started his career as copywriter in 2004 in Tiempo BBDO and Publicis Lado C Madrid.
From 2008 to 2012 he worked for the creative boutique Sra Rushmore where he was promoted to Executive Creative Director, and signed off some of the most iconic campaigns for Coca-Cola, Aquarius and Mahou Beer in Spain.
After some years leading Del Campo Saatchi & Saatchi Madrid as Executive Creative Director, on September 2014 he started up El Ruso de Rocky in partnership with his colleague Ángel Torres, with whom he has always worked as creative couple. El Ruso de Rocky has been recognized as one of the most creative agencies in Spain in 2018 and awarded as Best independent Agency in El Ojo de Iberoamérica, working for clients as Diageo, Mahou, Bankia or Coca-Cola among others.
Martin Insua & Ezequiel Soules
Martin Insua and Ezequiel Soules are from Argentina and they have been working as freelance Creative Directors in New York since October 2017. They worked in the Campaign Team at R/GA New York from September 2015 to August 2017. During that time they worked for clients such us Samsung Global (Mobile and Home Appliances), Chobani, Verizon and Mercedes Benz.
Before moving to R/GA, they served as Creative Directors at Wieden + Kennedy Sao Paulo, in Brazil, for clients like Coca-Cola Brazil and Latam, Smirnoff Brazil, Philips Brazil and Latam, Old Spice Brazil and Latam.
Previously, they worked as a Senior team in some of the most prominent agencies in Argentina like Ponce Buenos Aires, La Comunidad (Now The Community) among others.
During their careers they won awards at several Festivals.

I started working in local agencies for a couple of years. Then, I worked for 4 years at Ogilvy & Mather Bogotá. In 2007 I went to Leo Burnett Colombia as Creative Director. In 2013 I was named Chief Creative Officer of Leo Burnett Costa Rica taking first place in creativity of the region. Two years later I was moved to Leo Burnett Mexico. In July 2017 I am named Chief Creative Officer of Y&R Mexico, where I currently work.
In my carrer I have worked with brands like Kellogg´s, ABInBev, Procter & Gamble, Coca-Cola, General Motors, Bimbo, A&E Networks, Go Daddy, Sanofi, Danone, Pfizer, Azteca Bank, Save the Children, Chrysler, Jeep, Mercedez Benz, Sams Club, Kia Motors, Danone, McDonalds, Directv, Juan Valdez Coffee, Movistar – Telefonica, Bridgestone, Firestone, Axa Insurance, Citibank, Red Cross, SAP, Kraft Foods, League Against Cancer, DHL, among others.
Awards at major festivals such as Cannes Lions, 1st Grand Prix for Colombia in 2014, and 1st Gold Lion Radio Campaign in the history of Colombia in 2010.
1st Pencil in the history of Colombia in D&AD 2010, and won 1st Gran Prix and 1st gold in the history of Costa Rica in the Art Directors Club 2014.
I also got prizes in One Show, Clio, London International Awards, New York Festivals, Effies Mexico, Effies Colombia, Effies Costa Rica, FIAP, Webby, Ojo de Iberoamerica, El Sol, Wave, among others.
