Máximo Bruno, communicator multifaceted and multimedia, born in Argentina where he graduated as an Audiovisual Communicator in Facultad de Bellas Artes. In his first 20 years of his life, he participated in a few literary encounters accomplishing to be published as a poetic at the age of 18 years old. He directed his own audiovisual production company, was he accomplished for his content to be recognized as of cultural interest in his country of birth, Argentina, bringing original content to TV5 of France.
Later on, he perfected himself as a publicity creative, starting his job in Euro RSCG (Havas) and a very short period signing up big accounts. Not long after some time of working with some other local agencies, he started his freelance period, to work with national accounts outside of his country. He was helping lead the creativity of brands. Like; Nike, Unilever, Citröen, BBVA Latin-America, Sony, Direct TV, Walmart, Artear, Lan, and so many others.
His expertise in written communication, Audiovisual, and Publicity grant him a broad creative spectrum that he applies in his job habitually. His “360” profile made him work in the digital departments, as in ATL and BTL.
Nowadays, he is the General Creative Director of Avance WWP Guatemala, where he supervises the creativity of all their accounts in the region. After ten years of career he has earned awards like; Lápiz de Platino, Effie Awards, among others, he has also been a judge in some of these festivals and speaker at the most prestigious universities in the country.

Considered one of the most important northeast Brazilian creatives of his generation, has been warded, speaker and member of the jury at several global creativity festivals, such as Cannes Lions; CLIO Awards, New York Festivals, London International Awards, Ad Stars, among many others.
Member of The International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences (iADAS); and member of The Academy of Interactive & Visual Arts (AIVA). Author of «Image and Advertising – Arts, Semiotics and Technology” (2007); “Semiotics and Advertising – third generation images” (2014); and “Image and Advertising: an expanded semiotics” (2015).

She is Colombian-German, Business Administrator, with double degrees (German and Colombian), with more than 14 years of work experience.
She went through several companies, among them Basf, DHL. In charge of controlling, pricing, retail supervision, and, currently, has been representing a Dutch mobile and innovation technology, called CEE Platform, for 5 years now. Started this venture in 2013, where managed to open the Colombian market, having one of the most important clients in the industry, JCDecaux.
Currently, they are opening markets in Argentina, Chile, Peru and Ecuador with strategic allies that allow them a better understanding of local markets.

Although he is Spanish, he has developed almost his entire professional career in Latin America. 8 years ago he began to dedicate himself to the generation of strategies for brands in digital environments from Bolivia.
In these years he has directed several agencies, all specialized in digital marketing, with work experiences not only in Bolivia but also in Costa Rica, Paraguay, Uruguay and Argentina generating online advertising strategies for major brands such as Pepsico, Unilever, AB Inbev, Heineken, Banco Unión or Nissan, among many others.
He is the General Director of Connaxis since September 2016, an international agency with presence in 7 countries in America and Europe. In Bolivia, during 2018, during the eCommerce Day Connaxis won the award for the Best Online Marketing Agency for eCommerce and at the end of last year, the Ibero-American Festival of Creativity and Strategy (FICE) recognized them as the Best Independent Digital Agency in that country including, in addition, in the ranking of the 50 best creative industries of 2018 for the Spanish-speaking countries.
