Cristina Tello

Cristina Tello holds a degree in Pharmacy, and took a Master in Pharmaceutical Marketing at the same time that she began her first work steps in Abbott Laboratories. Jumped to health advertising as an account executive at Grey Healthcare Spain, where she fell in love with the world of marketing and advertising. Since then, Cristina has been moved by passion for her job, loves to lead teams and she always wonders “what for?” and “why not?”
In 1992, she founded her own health advertising agency MkMedia, with the ambition of providing creativity and innovation to the pharmaceutical sector, which until that moment was ruled by only rational approaches. After more than 25 years, MkMedia has become a health advertising agency leader in Spain with more than 30 employees and numerous awards in different festivals.
Cristina has been part of the jury of the Global Awards, chaired the health jury of the El Sol festival and has been president of the jury of the Aspid awards for Ibero-American Advertising of Health and Pharmacy. She has also been Vice President – from 2005 to 2008 – and President – in 2009 and 2010 – of AEAPS, the Spanish Association of Health Advertising Agencies.
Eduardo Basque


Eduardo Basque studied School of Marketing and Advertising and his career has been focused on the Art Director area since 1998.
After working in several agencies, he went to work at Mestiça Propaganda in Sao Paulo, Brazil, as the Head of Art.
During his career, Eduardo has won numerous awards. He also has several publications in the Archive magazine and was number 1 at the ranking of Bestadsontv during 2011, among the top worldwide art directors.
Experienced as advertising award jury member for several festivals. Passionate by advertising , he has been worked with the greatest icons of the Brazilian industry.
Bisay Vindas


A Costa Rican who loves advertising and works in it since he was 7 years old. He was always close to advertising, in different ways, participating in the production of television commercials, but since he was 18 had his first job in a network as a creative. Since then he had the honor of being awarded at local and international festivals.
Currently lead Pfizer’s digital creative path and its entire brand portfolio for Central America and the Caribbean, as its digital agency, and executing the complete communication strategy of the most important paint company in Central America, Lanco paints.
He is part of an independent agency that believes in the real connection between people and creativity, through measurable and quantifiable reactions, based on data and their social digital behavior.
