Carlos Trelles is graduate in Communication Sciences from the University of Piura, Peru. For the last 15 years he has been the responsible for the operations and development of new business in Axon Marketing & Communications, the first Colombian multinational of Integrated Marketing Communications.
Carlos has led the company’s expansion in various Latin American markets such as Chile, Colombia, Peru, Panama, Ecuador, Argentina, Mexico y the United States. During these years he has designed and develop marketing and communication strategies for the technology, services and government sector.
Thanks to his wide experience, Carlos has led to position Axon Marketing & Communications as the Latin American public relations agency with the highest international growth in the last five years.
Modjtaba Oriuee

With over 18 years of experience in the advertising industry, he has developed his fields of greatest focus: VFX, 3D Motion Design and Animation. He also has collaborations with CGRecord and CGbros.
Modjtaba in his spare time is very fond of stories, even creating great designs in magical worlds.
Solid Second, was the only winner from Oman in WINA 2019.

Stefan Kern

Stefan Kern is Head of Social Media and Content Marketing at the Swiss ad agency Maxomedia. He is specializing in content creation and campaigning and heads the Google and Facebook ad management team at Maxomedia.
Before joining Maxomedia, Stefan Kern conducted worldwide product launch campaigns at the Swiss manufacturing company Meyer Burger. He started he’s career in public relations at Instinctif Partners Zurich and as a copywriter for the government. Stefan Kern holds a Master of Arts of the University of Bern and a Master of Advanced Studies of the University of Applied Sciences in Business Administration Zurich.
Adam Siriraka

Right after his graduation from Kasetsart University, majoring in Integrated Creative Advertising, he starts his creative career as a copywriter at TBWA/Creative Juice/G1, JEH united Bangkok where now became GreyNJ, a creative hotshop under WPP group.
He was behind many successful awards winning and many talk- of-the town campaigns for both local and international brands in example DTAC mobile operator (Telenor Group), Thai Health Promotion Foundation, Tesco Lotus Hyper Store, Thai Student Loan.
Today, with his rich experiences, he aims to spread his wings and explore a new frontier by setting a result-oriented creative boutique, WORKKIT Bangkok, followed his own way of work for potential clients ie Beerlao Under Carlsberg group, Government Housing Bank (Thailand), Lixil Thailand Group Plc, Krungsri Consumer, Ministry of Energy as well as being an advisor of advertising courses both SILPA the Creative college.

Diana Mascoli

Graduated in Visual Arts at IED in Rome, during her carrier Diana has won many prizes and awards. After several years spent in international agencies such as Grey Worldwide, she decided to change direction and moved to explore the world of independent agencies where people are the main asset and value to care about. She worked as creative director developing creative projects for Valentino, Telecom Italia, Belstaff and many others. In 2011 she joined The Brand Shop as partner and creative director, facing the challenge to work for new big clients both in the local and global markets, such as P&G prestige, Colgate Palmolive, American Express, Campo Frio group, Ferrero and many others. In 2018 she became the agency CEO and she still happily leads the agency and she can’t wait to see what’s next.

Danny de Nobrega

Danny is the co-founder of Kilmer & Cruise Advertising, the only African agency awarded at the 2019 WINA Festival.
During his career he has worked across boutique, independent and multinational network agencies including 60 layers of cake, The Jupiter Drawing Room and Digitas Liquorice. He has produced award-winning campaigns for the likes of The Coca-Cola Company, Unilever, Heineken, Under Armour, ASICS and SAB.
Kilmer & Cruise was launched in 2015 and has since been awarded across a range of disciplines and was recently a finalist for small agency of the year. More importantly the agency prides itself on its creative work and the results it achieves for clients such as Hill’s Pet Nutrition and CompCare Medical Scheme.
Danny is also an avid (read: terrible) home-brewer of beer and moderately-skilled vegetable grower.
Marta Nava

Marta’s career began at Young&Rubicam and then took her to Saatchi&Saatchi. After a few years, she moved to Havas, where she started collecting awards: first some metals for the Italian Art Directors Club, then she went on to win the Facebook Hack for Good competition.
Finally, in 2017, she represented her country in Cannes for the Young Lions competition. Right now, Marta is committed to creating cultural projects for her city, Milan, and she is working for the creative agency Imille as their Creative Supervisor.
Tiago Barquinha

MA in Corporate Communications and Advertising Management (ESIC Madrid), BA in Business Management (Catholic University of Portugal) and Wake Up Coaching Certified (ISPC – International School of Professional Coaching). He is the Creative Executive Partner at the branding and advertising agency Mojobrands – Brand Lifestyle, through which held various advertising communication projects for brands such as Parfois, Samsung, ANA Aeroportos, among others.
He has over 20 years of experience in large advertising agencies like Brandia Novodesign (Lisbon), Comunica+a (Madrid) and Ativism (Madrid and Lisbon), where he had the opportunity to work with global brands such as Coca-Cola, Vodafone, Red Bull, Real Madrid, Sony Ericsson. He is an invited Professor of advertising course in the Marketing Master and has held several workshops and talks on brand building and communication at the London Advertising Week, UCP School of Arts, European University, UP Medicine Faculty and the Portuguese Economists Association.
Lena Greve

She started her professional career in 1998 by studying law, because she had the dream to become a diplomat. But when she started her first student job within a comms department in the renown German bank called HypoVereinsbank (now UniCredit), she fell in love with working in this field. It’s when she realized that what gives her the greatest joy is to communicate with all different kinds of people, stakeholders and audiences to understand their needs and find the best solution.
Then, she shifted into studying communications and have been very thankful for this decision ever since. Then, she got a full time job in the bank for four years, working in advertising, PR and events. She studied comms in the evenings and on weekends. In these years it became clear to her that she wanted to work on different big brands from as a strategic account manager, ideally for globally active brands. That‘s why she started at TBWA in 2003 and worked there as International Account Director. Mostly on international accounts like NIVEA and Hansaplast. After more than 8 great years she switched from a big network to one of the five biggest independent advertising agencies in Germany: The Hirschen Group, being responsible for Business Development and Collaboration. It’s a very diverse full service agency group of 7 brands. It has been more than 8 wonderful years with amazingly smart and talented colleagues and she has seen lots and lots of great work for clients and of course following the activities in the communication industry closely.

Via Villafuerte

Via Villafuerte is the founder and Managing Director of Oddefy Agency, a full-scale integrated marketing group from the Philippines that is rooted in creative disruption and effective communication in bringing about work that is unique and inspiring. They are a fresh young group of marketers and also one of the rising agencies in their market.

José Arribás

After his beginnings in the multinationals Contrapunto BBDO and McCann Erickson, he went on to work in the Spanish independent agencies Mak and La Caseta as executive creative director. In 2007 he founded Parnaso, an agency in which he is currently the executive director and head of the creative department.
Professor of creativity and lecturer at: Universidad Pontificia Comillas ICADE; Centro Universitario Villanueva UCM; Escuela Superior de Empresas ESESA; Facultad de Comunicación de Sevilla US and Centro Andaluz de Estudios Empresariales CEADE.

Mak Kordic

Mak Kordic has been in the advertising industry since 2006, when he was 19 years old. He then took the role of program coordinator for Golden Drum international advertising festival and SOF Slovenian advertising festival.
His love for advertising and technology fueled a dream, which was to create his own agency. Aged 23 he made it, founding CNJ digital. He led CNJ digital to become an award winning digital agency, with an international team, which serves local and foreign clients. They focus on delivering digital solutions for the B2B segment, leading the digital transformation for enterprises around the world.
Mak is still involved in advertising, through his company’s cooperation with big network advertising agencies such as Luna /TBWA, Grey Ljubljana and others. They work together on delivering outstanding digital solutions in the B2C segment for their clients. Mak was part of hundreds of digital projects, he excels in creating better UX and digital strategies.
Arturo Suárez

Arturo Suárez has 14 years of experience as a publicist. He currently serves as the General Creative Director of Cheil Colombia, an agency he has been leading for 3 years, during which time he has managed to grow the company exponentially. The company has since won its first awards, including one Gold and three Silver medals in the 2019 WINA Awards, and was nominated as the independent agency of the year by FICE.

Ana Castro-Mendívil

Ana María Castro-Mendívil Gotuzzo, Creative Director and co-founder of La Agencia® Laboratorio Creativo, has been a presence in the world of design and advertising for over 20 years , working at the behest of power brands for which she has been able to develop important products and high-impact campaigns.
A self-learned individual, she would teach herself web programming. Later on, her restlessness curiosity for design led her to pursue a career in Advertising Design at Toulouse Lautrec –which was followed by various specialized courses in branding, alongside her sommelier career which has proven to be an added value to her expertise in the branding and communication development of food and beverage brands, in addition to the development of major market brands such as Cuatro Gallos or Intipalka.
In 1997, Ana María began her career as programmer for independent agencies. Her talent and creative ability led her to become Art Director in large network agencies, and because of her year-long work on the benefit of her clients, would eventually secure the position of Marketing Manager for several years.
In 2006, in light of the few opportunities available as creative, she decided to launch with César Cabrejos LA AGENCIA®, initially as a boutique agency, managing later to develop it as an independent company until finally becoming a Creative Laboratory, which would work for the most important brands in the country.
Even though she always kept herself away from the Star System, her effort and dedication were ultimately acknowledged, receiving the Women’s Marketer’s Peru Award in 2019 for her creative career.

Manuel Ayllón

José Luis Rueda

His biggest career accomplishment has been the people he had worked with.
With over 10 years of experience in the advertising industry, he’s had the opportunity to enrich his knowledge by working with Colombia’s biggest ad agencies.
He was fortunate to start as a Trainee Copywriter on TBWA, where he discovered the importance of disruptive thinking. Then, he joined Sancho BBDO as a Copywriter and learned the value of strategy, before passing to Rep/Grey which trained him as Senior. After that, he went to Ogilvy where he boosted his passion for creativity. A passion that later took him to lead Havas (Medellín), an office that became a creativity reference for the company’s global network. This journey drove him to be Head of Creativity from La Fábrica, Bavaria-ABInBev’s inhouse and as of today he’s part of Draftline the first creativity Co-laboratory in Colombia with 100% brewed DNA.
Along his journey, he’d received awards from the most prestigious ad festivals around the world such as: Cannes Lions, D&AD, Cristal, Fomla, Drums, El Ojo de Iberoamérica, El Sol, Fiap, El Dorado and WINA, among others.

Colombian, he completed his specialization studies on different branches of marketing and advertising in Argentina and Bolivia, where he implemented and developed communication strategies for approximately 15 years.
In his years of experience working in advertising, he had opportunity to work on large 360°, ATL, BTL and Digital projects for recognized international brands such as 3M, Unilever, Ax, Dove, Sedal, Skip, Omo, Knorr, Ades , Paceña, Huari, Pepsi, Hivos, Unicef, Banco Unión, YPFB, Entel, among many others.
Creative General Director of Connaxis since February 2017, an international agency with presence in 5 countries in America and Europe. In Bolivia, in 2018 and 2019, in the eCommerce Awards Connaxis won the award for Best Digital Agency, also in 2018 the Ibero-American Festival of Creativity and Strategy (FICE) recognized them as the Best Independent Digital Agency in that country, including them in the Ranking of the 50 Best Creative Industries in Spanish; and on November 1st of 2019, during the 7th Latam Digital Awards held in Bogotá (Colombia), were awarded for having built the Best e-Commerce Store in Latin America with a project for Tigo Paraguay.
Mario Santacruz:

Although he is Spanish, he has developed almost his entire professional career in Latin America. 9 years ago he began to dedicate himself to generate strategies for companies in digital environments from Bolivia.
In these years he has directed several digital marketing specialized agencies, with experience not only in Bolivia but also in Costa Rica, Paraguay, Uruguay and Argentina generating online advertising strategies for major brands such as Pepsico, Unilever, AB Inbev, Heineken, Tigo or Nissan, among many others.
He is General Director of Connaxis since September 2016, an international agency with presence in 5 countries in America and Europe. In Bolivia in 2018 and 2019, during the eCommerce Day Connaxis won the award for the Best Online Marketing Agency for eCommerce; also the Ibero-American Festival of Creativity and Strategy (FICE) recognized them as the Best Independent Digital Agency in that country including, in addition, in the ranking of the 50 best creative industries of 2018 for the Spanish-speaking countries and in November 1st during the 7th Latam Digital awards in Bogotá, Colombia, won a recognition for building the Best Online Store in Latin America, a project for Tigo Paraguay.
Viviana Toletti

Bosco García

He studied Industrial Engineering, then he worked as Headhunter at Michael Page for 2 and a half years, now for almost 4 years he has been working at Meller, a glasses and watches ecommerce, first as Business Analyst then as Project Manager and for 2 years as CMO. He also works as an Advisor in other fashion ecommerce.
He has a holistic view of the strategy from product development, marketing campaign planning and the creation of automatic, scalable and personalized sales funnels at each stage of the customer journey. The goal is to create an optimal user experience across all digital channels, from acquiring new buyers to building a loyal customer base. He relies on lean methodologies to test new growth strategies and tactics.

Then, he worked as a Creative Director in Proximity Chile, FCB Mayo Chile and Inbrax Chile, for brands as Citroën, Falabella, LG, P&G, Samsung, El Mercurio, Fiat, Nike, Jeep, Old Spice, Gillette, 3M, Merrell, KidZania, Sodimac, Tramontina, among others.
With 2 years living in Bolivia he has done big campaigns for Sofía, Huawei, Unilever, CCU-BBO, Bata, Faber-Castell, Lubricantes Mobil, Pelikan, Tigre, among other brands.
His work has been recognized at a local and global scale in Wina Festival, FICE, FIAP, AD STARS, Cristal Festival, Creativity Awards, Creativepool, A! (Asociación chilena de publicidad) and EFFIE Awards Chile.

Pimentel started his career as an art director back in his hometown, Brasília. In 2016 he moved to São Paulo, started working at Lew’Lara/TBWA and have since then done consistent creative work for brands like Nissan, Gatorade, Airbnb, Wella, Kolenston, Netflix and the biggest brazilian bank, Banco do Brasil. Alejandro La Torre

Studied at the IPP and in the first year, he started his internship at Quorum Nazca Saatchi & Saatchi, then he went to Creazone. After that, his curiosity took him to the world of BTL, he was the first creative editor of Yellow BTL, this work let him to move to Chile and he worked at the agency Los Quiltros among others. After a few years, he returned to Peru as Creative Director in Mayo FCB for a long time. But curiosity continued, and he wanted to explore the digital world, so he went through Tribal DDB, then they called him from Youpanqui BBDO to handle integral brands. En 2016 se integra como socio y VP Creativo en Figallo No Format Agency, y gracias al proyecto Christmas Hero obtiene su primera patente internacional, esto posiciona a la agencia como un referente de Innovación en diferentes festivales creativos.

In 2007 Pavel was co-founder of Radugadesign company. New media agency, which creates videomapping and interactive video. Since 2010 Peopleofdesign was participated in the festivals and competitions as jury and media partner.
Since 2015 Pavel has his own personal brand Noname Production. In 2019 Pavel launched the Promopomo.com — gallery of promo websites. He creates illustrations, logotypes, packaging and other branding projects and web sites.

Nathalie Hazim

Dominican artist and advertiser. Owner of the advertising agency, Room® Grupo Creativo, which she started at the age of 22 in her room as a creative workshop to work with different brands. Thanks to her determination and passion she managed to turn it into an award-winning advertising company in her hometown of Santo Domingo. Hazim is also winner of the World Independent Award WINA 2019 in Bogotá, Colombia in the BETTER WORLD category with a campaign of digital performance.
Despite her young age, Nathalie has worked advertising for institutions such as the World Bank, the European Union and The United Nations aside from important Dominican political and commercial campaigns, which position her as one of the most versatile advertisers with the greatest mastery of issues at the time of engineering or creating a brand from scratch.
Nathalie’s artistic streak has always had more outlets with an important leading role in her life, so while she was studying advertising in the Universidad Iberoamericana (UNIBE) of Santo Domingo in parallel she studied for 2 years at the New York Film Academy where she graduated from cinematography.
These studies allowed the young advertiser to develop companies with mind blowing know-how, like her advertising agency Room Grupo Creativo, her record label Malagana® Records and the audiovisual production company Malagana® Filmworks specialized in digital content creation, short form film videos, music videos and film in general.
As singer Nathalie Hazim already has two record productions with which she achieved important awards such as the «Independent Awards» in the United States and two nominations as “Soloist of the Year” in Premios Soberano, the main award of her native Dominican Republic.
She is currently recording her third production between Colombia, Dominican Republic and USA which shows the versatility and determination of a young artist who doesn’t spare efforts to achieve her goals, as a woman that is determined to believe in herself and move forward in a world increasingly competitive and where quality and creativity are the essential fuel to excel.
