Born in Bogotá, Colombia. Husband, father and Star Wars fan. In his 15 years of career, he has worked in agencies such as JWT, Leo Burnett and Publicis for clients such as P&G, Telefónica, Toyota, Nestlé and Renault. He joined Ogilvy in 2013 as Creative Director for Coca-Cola. Since then has been recognized at several advertising festivals.
He currently works at Ogilvy Colombia as General Creative Director supervising the creative work for various clients as Toyota, Tigo and Kimberly-Clark.
Gabriel Bergelund

Marketing professional, founder and owner of the AYO agency.
He has more than 20 years of experience and he has worked in several agencies such as: Mass Advertising, Lupe, Nasta, Trainee at Ogilvy Buenos Aires and others. In addition, he is a member of the Creative Circle of Paraguay, APAP – Member of the Commission Organization of the 2i 50 years (Paraguayan AssociStarted in advertising 8 years ago.
Has worked in Lima and Chicago with global brands such as AbInbev, Santander, Jack Daniel’s, José Cuervo, Hendrick’s Gin, Plus Ultra Airlines and Pentel Arts, among other well known peruvian brands like the Peruvian Cancer Foundation and La Calera Eggs.
Honored by international awards like FePI, WINA and LatamDigital.
His vision is to develop ideas that are often indefinable but specifically designed to contribute to modern society and culture.

Neil Rodrigo is currently Country Manager of the Asylum Marketing office in Panama working for clients such as Procter & Gamble, Mattel, Syngenta, Duracell, Oster, among others, supporting his work in more than 20 years of experience in the advertising and academic sector directly related with the creation, conceptualization and execution of campaigns and projects in integrated communication.
As a publicist during his experience, he has consolidated an integral profile after having lived roles from content generation and later in strategic planning and brand building in agencies and clients in categories of products and services for companies such as Pfizer, IBM, Industria de Licores de Caldas, Codensa, RCN Radio, Homecenter, Goodyear, Camacol, Partido Liberal Colombiano, Unicentro among others.
As a teacher and academic director, consolidated high quality accreditation processes in the undergraduate program in Advertising Communication, as well as the creation and management of postgraduate studies in Advertising Management.
In addition, his 15-year career as an undergraduate and postgraduate teacher in advertising, marketing and administration programs allowed him to teach courses at higher education institutions such as the Universidad Autónoma de Occidente, Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana, Universidad Autónoma del Caribe and be invited to teach courses and conferences in Colombia, Ecuador, Panamá, Argentina.
The educational vocation is complemented by consulting work in institutions such as Claro, Diario el País, Carvajal and others.

He started his career as a copywriter at Young & Rubicam; later he worked in different agencies such as Terán, BBDO, Euro Vale Rscg, Olabuenaga and Ganem for brands such as AeroMéxico, Funerarias J. García López, Jumex, Bachoco, Nescafé, Coca-Cola, Playboy Condoms, Funeral Pet, Amazon, Sin Delantal, Avon, among others.
By the end of 2015 he joined Mescalina, the first innovation agency in Mexico, where he developed “internet of things” (IoT) projects and new platforms. This allowed him to win the first international awards for Michoacán creativity. Having won more than 60 awards both in Mexico and other countries.
Today he is a partner and Creative Vice President at Figallo No Format Agency, an independent integrated agency that has a vision of improving the world through brands.
