Mihai Gongu is currently ECD of TOMORROW Shanghai, a Swedish-owned shop recently named Boutique Agency of the Year across Greater China by Campaign Asia. He was previously Creative Director in Jung von Matt/Spree on MINI, contributing to most awarded year in JvM’s history and a teacher at Miami Ad School in Berlin. Before that he was ECD of GMP/Jung von Matt Bucharest, the 7th ranking independent agency in the Global Effie Index and twice awarded Best Independent Agency of CEE at Golden Drum. And for the few who still remember the 2000s and early 2010s, he was ECD of BBDO Bucharest, winning back to back Agency of the Year titles at ADC and Effie and regional CD on Mars at BBDO Europe.
He has constantly inspired his teams to create work that moves at the speed of culture. He gave a cheeky answer to the British Government with a campaign developed overnight which went on to win the Eurobest Grand Prix in PR. He fought the post-Brexit Referendum xenophobia with empathy with an initiative which ended up on CNN. He transformed cans into billboards to make the young generation fall in love with the world’s greatest brand again and created the first Coca-Cola packaging featuring actual Instagram profiles. He has inspired UEFA to change their mind and lift a stadium ban. He has created the first app used to collectively control a music event for the launch of Telekom. He has turned a historical Munich landmark into a historic statement for BMW. Most recently, he has created a stage for the Chinese youth to express their creativity with Absolut100 – a hundred simultaneous alternative parties across a hundred cities in China.
Creative, plastic artist graduated from the Faculty of Fine Arts and higher studies in graphic design and advertising.
With more than 15 years working in advertising media for national and regional accounts in agencies such as: Grey, Publicis, SaatchiI & Saatchi, JWT, and now CENTRAL Agencia Independiente in Ecuador.
With more than 90 awards at local and international festivals such as Cannes Lions, Clio Awards, New York Festivals, WINA, FIAP, Ojo de Iberoamerica, El Sol Festival, Festival Caribe, Antigua Festival, Condor de Oro, FICE, Fepi, between gold , silver, bronzes and mentions.

Head of Art
Eduardo Basque studied School of Marketing and Advertising and his career has been focused on the Art Director area since 1998.
After working in several agencies, he went to work at Mestiça Propaganda in Sao Paulo, Brazil, as the Head of Art.
During his career, Eduardo has won numerous awards. He also has several publications in the Archive magazine and was number 1 at the ranking of Bestadsontv during 2011, among the top worldwide art directors.
Experienced as advertising award jury member for several festivals. Passionate by advertising , he has been worked with the greatest icons of the Brazilian industry.

Ha trabajado en algunas de las agencias más importantes del país como jotabequ Grey, donde por cinco años, se desempeñó con buen suceso tanto en el área creativa como en planning,así como en Havas Tribu donde ejerció como Director Creativo para la compañía por casi seis años.
Desde hace dos años es Socio y Director Creativo General de la agencia Anagram, una de las agencias digitales que muestra mayor crecimiento y proyección dentro del mercado nacional y regional hasta la fecha, logrando colocarse entre el TOP 10 mundial del Ranking WINA de agencias independientes y siendo declarada por FICE como la agencia más efectiva
de Costa Rica.
Ha sido invitado a diferentes eventos y conferencias nacionales, siendo una de las más importantes en su carrera el Tedx INCAE 2018, siendo su charla la elegida para cerrar el evento.
Entre otros logros, junto con su equipo resalta un Grand Effie País en el 2015 y haber sido parte en cuatro oportunidades, de equipos que lograron el reconocimiento de Agencia del Año en Costa Rica.
General Creative Director
Degree in Advertising, graduated from journalism´s university of Juan Agustín Maza University in Mendoza, Argentina and MBA in course at the Polytechnic University of Catalonia in Barcelona, Spain.
In 2010 he founded Común Adv Marketing and Advertising agency. From 2011 to 2016, he was professor in the Faculty of Journalism in the advertising career of the Juan Agustín Maza University in Mendoza, Argentina.
In 2018 he participated as an speaker at the Latin American Advertising Congress at the University of Palermo, Buenos Aires, Argentina. He is currently a founding member of the AMAP, Mendoza Association of Advertising Activities.
From its beginnings till today, he has worked for several brands such as Sheraton, Trivento, IMPSA, Peugeot, BMW, Honda, Makro, Zaldivar, among others. Actually, he is responsible for the creativity of the agency, in the communication of each account.
