Barbara Sala brings 30 years of experience in the holistic marketing area with different roles covered during her professional career kicked off with a degree in Economics (Bocconi University of Milan) and an Int’l Master in Strategic Marketing.
She kicked off her journey in the marketing team of Mondelez, moving then to Coca-Cola Italy joining the local strategic marketing team and then extending her responsibility to the full IMC capabilities, meaning digital, media, experiential, packaging, trade marketing etc.
From 2013 she spent 3 years at the agency side as CEO of Vizeum Italy and in 2016 she came back to the Coca-Cola Company as Central and Eastern Strategic Media Director and from January 1st this year extending the responsibility to the entire Europe. The role is about managing more than 40 countries, as part of an international and integrated marketing team, focusing the effort on data driven E2E consumer journey creation and amplification to create memorable experience for our brands’ consumers.
She has been an adjacent professor at the Cattolica University of Milan covering the area of digital and interactive marketing. Passionate about travelling, reading and cooking she spends all free time with her 2 daughters, a cat, a dog, family and friends enjoying life to the max.

Since setting foot in the digital industry, Anish has been passionate about using a creative use of technology to transform businesses and brands. Anish can be credited for his instrumental role in growing the Isobar India business over the past five years and was shortlisted for Campaign South Asia – “South Asia Creative Person of the Year” in 2017.
Anish provides creative solutions for the new age of Advertising. He believes that user behaviour is changing daily, so our creative ideas need to have a strong understanding of user behaviours and journeys. He believes that new age creative directors can play a bigger role in transforming business, and encourages his teams to create narratives that are powered by a blend of art and technology.
Prior to Isobar, Anish had 16+ years’ experience in nurturing a creative squad of art and copy enthusiasts into strategic thinkers. At Interactive Avenues (2006 – 2013), Anish was the driving force behind the marketing success of brands including Fiat, Skoda Fabia, Mahindra SUVs, FedEx, Siemens, Bosch, Tanishq, Durex, Sony, Intel, Jet Airways and Travelocity.
At Flip Media (2006) Anish worked on Mercedes Benz, Red Bull, Dubai Festival and Qatar Airways. Prior to this, he handled Philips, Maruti Swift, Air France and Malaysian Airlines at Tribal DDB India (2004). Not the one to rest on his accolades, even after bagging the esteemed awards, his quest to create ground breaking work continues.

Jason Foo is the founder and CEO of BBD Perfect Storm, a company that advises clients on brand and cultural transformation. His professional career spans nearly 20 years beginning in New York City. In between his two roles at MediaMonks, he was ECD at Firstborn. Working across the agency’s full range of clients such as Peloton, Diageo, Roku and Adidas. His experience stretches widely across a number of verticals. From travel and automotive, to beauty, beverage, technology, retail, sport and music. All, which have been recognized by The Clios, One Show, The FWA, Awwwards, and many others.

Wayne has over 25 years’ experience in the Marketing and Advertising industry, having begun his career in marketing as the Marketing Manager of the Cape Town 2004 Olympic Bid Committee. Seduced by the world of advertising, he joined Lowe Bull soon after its inception, where he started out in Account Management and grew through the ranks to business development director before moving across into general management. During this time he worked on a varied array of blue chip accounts across Sub-Saharan Africa including Nike, South African Breweries, Coca-Cola, Unilever, Pick n Pay, Nando’s, Heineken and Johnson & Johnson. In 2007, Wayne was promoted to Managing Director of the Lowe Group and in 2009 he filled the hot seat as the Group CEO.
During his tenure, Lowes was placed first in the Lowes Worldwide Network, ranked the No1 creative agency group in South Africa as well as being awarded Cape Town agency of the year. Lowes was also ranked 43rd Best ad agency group in the world by the Gunn Report – the only South African ad agency to have featured for over 3 consecutive years.
In Oct 2012, Wayne took up the position as Chief Marketing Officer for the newly-founded afb (now known as JUMO World) which, in a 2 year space has become one of Africa’s fastest growing Fintech companies, issuing over 50 000 loans a day. After a very successful client stint, Wayne returned to his first love, advertising, and started DUKE.
Wayne is the current Chairman for the Association for Communication and Advertising in South Africa (ACA) and held the position previously in 2011, 2012 and 2020. He was also a board member for the AAA School of Advertising and Chairman of the Young Presidents’ Organisation (YPO) in Cape Town.

Jessica is one of very few women in a creative leading role across LATAM. An experienced jury member across the main award shows, including Cannes Lions and One Show. She was responsible for winning the first D&AD Pencil for Mexico and has won at Cannes every year since her young days as a creative director.
Jessica has been in Ogilvy Mexico as Creative VP for two years driving Mexico to be the 7th most awarded agency in the Ogilvy network worldwide and has recently been named CCO for Latinamerica.
Her ability to craft tailor-made, multidisciplinary teams for each of her clients is one of her best assets. In fact, that is how she got her first VP position managing global accounts such as Heineken, Citibank and BMW. Jessica started her career as a producer, which helped form her diligent way of working and keen eye for striking work. In fact, she once was a producer for MTV Latam, back in the day when music videos ruled the airwaves.

Chosen by the Circulo de Creativos Argentinos as Best Argentine Copywriter 2012, Juan began his career 18 years ago and he´s been working at ad agencies ever since, except for a 2 years period when he worked as copy producer at MTV.

Renata Florio is the Chief Creative Officer for Ogilvy Health North America.
With over 20 years of experience, Renata has worked with many of the world’s wellness and health biggest brands, including Astra Zeneca, GSK, Johnson & Johnson, L’Oreal, Merck, Nestlé Health, Procter & Gamble, Astra Zeneca, Unilever, among others.
During her tenure with blue-chip companies and her travels worldwide, she has collected many of the top creative awards.
She’s been part of selected juries, such as Jury for Cannes Health and the Jury for Cannes for Good, the maximum award in the Health and Wellness Industry, given by the United Nations.
When it comes to Global and National Health, Renata is incredibly proud of an Effie Award Winning Campaign created for the Ad Council and a coalition of more than 35 leading dental authorities that impacted the oral health of 16 million kids in the US.
Most recently, she’s been leading creative work for world health vaccination initiatives that shall help bring hope and wellness to many.
Renata is the daughter of an Italian father and a Brazilian mother.
She’s married has two children and a Labrador that counts as the third baby.
Eduard Böhler worked as a lawyer, when he decided to found the advertising agency Wien Nord in Vienna, together with his creative partner Edmund Hochleitner.
Leading the agency as a creative director to the top 3 creative players in Austria, he won golden awards at cannes lions, eurobest, epica, adce and golden drum.
Being one of the most awarded creatives in Austria, he was president of austria’s art directors club for many years.
2020, his agency became part of the Serviceplan group and Böhler partner of Serviceplan’s various agencies under the roof of the house of communication vienna.

Carlos Andrés started as a trainee almost 13 years ago in MullenLowe SSP3 Bogotá, and after working in the network’s office in London for one year, he went back to rose through the ranks of the Bogotá’s office again to become Executive Creative Director, and two years later Chief Creative Officer. This year, he and his partner opened DAVID Bogotá, the 5th office in the world of the multi-awarded agency, where Carlos is the CCO.
He’s also winner of more than 300 awards including the first Latin American Titanium Lion at Cannes, the only Latin American Innovation Grand Prix at Cannes as well and the Black Pencil of the Decade at D&AD. Carlos Andrés was also named the 2nd Best Creative Person in Iberoamérica according to El Ojo in 2020, and the 4th most admired advertising personality in Colombia according to SCOPEN 2020. He is also co-creator of the only Colombian campaign present in the Cannes Lions’ Game Changers book, and has been jury at Cannes Lions, Clio Awards, D&AD and Ojo de Iberoamérica among others.
As some highlights, he has been directly involved in projects with the last two National Governments, the historic Peace Process in Colombia, and Pope Francis’ International Project for Education. He has done some local, regional and global work for many brands of clients like ABInBev, Unilever, Edgewell, Aruba Tourism Authority among others.
Right now, he’s an active participant in the Berlin School Of Creative Leadership EMBA.
Mihai Gongu – BIO
True to his surname, Mihai won over 150 gongs in his 18 years career spanning three countries and two continents.
His latest trophy is the 2020 Agency of the Year in the local Top FICE ranking for Cheil Centrade Bucharest. Before his current regional creative lead role for Cheil SEE, he has helped TOMORROW Shanghai win two back-to-back titles of Greater China Boutique Agency of the Year from Campaign. Prior to that, he has led GMP/Jung von Matt Bucharest to two titles of CEE Independent Agency of the Year at Golden Drum. He has also been a part of the Jung von Matt team in Berlin and helped the agency secure its Global Independent Agency of the Year title at New York Festivals, Cannes Lions, D&AD, and Lovie Awards 2018, respectively, with work for BMW, MINI, Reporters Without Borders, and OhYouWomen.
Mihai has also led creative departments in top network agencies the likes of BBDO which he helped secure the ADC Agency of the Year in 2009 and Effie Agency of the Year in 2012.
