Sergio Spaccavento is currently the executive creative director at Conversion in Milan, an art director, a copywriter, a scriptwriter, a TV and radio show writer, an advertising teacher and a member of the Art Directors Club Italy, as well.
He started his career doing proper advertising, then he fell in love with new and alternative media—and found out that fun is mixing it all together. He worked for small, medium and big agencies on small, medium and big accounts.
He won the MTV Awards for his tv serial, and he had a nomination at Nastro d’argento for his first movie.He has been a juror for several local and international awards like Cannes Lions, New York Festivals, Epica, Art Directors Club Italy, Mobius, White Square, Red Apple, Chipshop Award and many more.
Javier Delgado
Javier Delgado-Granados, Group Director Multicultural Marketing Sparkling Beverages and Strategic Marketing at The Coca-Cola Company. Has 20 years of experience in marketing retail and packaged goods targeted at multicultural audiences. He has a track record of successfully developing marketing, advertising and promotional strategies that not only connect with the consumer in a culturally relevant manner, but also deliver quantifiable business results.
Prior to joining The Coca-Cola Company in January 2016, Javier held the role of Director of Marketing and Advertising at Walmart, driving consumer programs focused on Multicultural consumers for the Walmart US operations. Javier worked was the Marketing Manager ta Dr Pepper Snapple Group where he was responsible for brands such as Dr Pepper, 7UP, Clamato and Squirt, among others. He is a veteran of the Hispanic advertising and communications industry having held various key roles at agencies including DRAFTFCB, The Vidal Partnership, Casanova Pendrill and Dieste, Harmel, & Partners.

Juan Carlos is Managing Consultant at Couch & Associates, a Toronto-based, international marketing technology agency, helping large organizations create engaging, digital customer experiences, and become more data-driven in their marketing and sales decisions.
Previously Juan Carlos was the Founder and CMO of Merkado Services, a Paris-based marketing strategy consultancy. Before that, while at BroadSoft and Alcatel-Lucent, he worked with dozens of telecom service providers, including Telefónica, Orange, and KPN, in over 30 countries worldwide, helping them create new services and growth-driven strategies. Active in the community, he is the founder and co-President of Schulich Technology Alumni, a professional association affiliated with the Schulich School of Business in Toronto, where he earned an International MBA, following a Bachelor degree in Physics.
As a global citizen he has lived in Canada, France and Spain, and is natively trilingual. He is a passionate cyclist, world traveler, foodie, dedicated husband and father.

Born in the city of Viña de Mar, Chile in 1969 and raised in the agency Frederick since 1994.Graphic Designer and Social Communicator of the legendary School of Communication Mónica Herrera of Lyon Street, began his career as Art Director in Lopez and Sutil and then in Frederick and Valenzuela. After 4 years he traveled to Barcelona to develop his vocation as a musician.
In 1998 he returns back to Frederick as a Creative Director, winning the Agency of the Year award along with numerous international awards. He continues to develop his musical vein collaborating with different producing houses like jinglista, musician and arranger.
In 2004 he emigrates to the agency 180 Degrees, winning a Lion in Cannes and the Agency of the year award 2008 as General Creative Director. In 2010 he returned to TBWA \ Frederick as a Partner and General Creative Director.
He has participated as President of Jury in radio in Wave Festival, Jury in Cannes and exhibitor of several seminars in Chile and publicity festivals in different countries like Brazil and the United States.
Today he is the General Creative Director and Partner of the TBWA \ Frederick agency, obtaining in Cannes 2014 the first Golden Lion in radio for Chile. He is Director of the Chilean Association of Advertising Agency Achap and Partner of the Producer Leftraro Films where he was the original Screenwriter of the film project “Leftraro” that is currently under development in Hollywood, United States.
