Beto is Brazilian. He worked in Sao Paulo at DM9DDB, Almap BBDO, JWT, Ogilvy and David the Agency. In 2015 he decided to leave the sunny beaches of Brazil to move to the rainy London where he is Global Creative Director at BBH.
In his career, he has worked for local, regional and global clients such as Unilever, Coca-Cola, J&J, Pernod Ricard, Diageo, Volkswagen, Ford, Audi, Honda, Perfetti, Cadbury Adams, Nestle and Luxottica.
His work has won 90 Cannes Lions, 20 One Show Pencils, 25 Clio Awards, 45 London Awards and 21 Pencils at D&Ad. He has been part of an International Committee which chose the official logo of the 2016 Olympic Games. He was among the top 2 most awarded Creative Directors in 2013, 2014 and 2015 according to Cannes Report.
His work for Dove “Real Beauty Sketches” became the most watched ad ever with more than 180 millions of views. The idea was voted The Best Ad of 2013 by Time Magazine, Adverting Age and Adweek.

He has more than 20 years of experience and he has worked in several agencies such as: Mass Advertising, Lupe, Nasta, Trainee at Ogilvy Buenos Aires and others. In addition, he is a member of the Creative Circle of Paraguay, APAP – Member of the Commission Organization of the 2i 50 years (Paraguayan Association of Advertising Agencies) and a local advertising referent.

After gaining a degree in communication and design from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts in Hildesheim, Andreas Rüthemann began his career in Hamburg, Germany’s advertising capital, where he worked as a designer and art director for Büro Hamburg, Trendbüro, and the advertising agency KNSK. In 2012 he took up the position of creative director at BERNSTEIN, and he can now look back on more than 15 years of professional experience.
His clients, past and present, include names such as Lucky Strike, Nordsee GmbH, Bayer AG, Bayer CropScience, NGK Spark Plugs, Heineken, Desperados, EWE AG, Henkel AG (Pritt, Pattex, Loctite), Toshiba, Tesa Industry, Brauerei Karlsberg, Piper Verlag, HSV Hamburg, Warner Bros. Entertainment, and many more.

Javier Pardo Ramírez

Co-founder and CEO of AdO / AdOrange, an independent agency, which has been in the Colombian market for more than 15 years, working for local clients and multinationals in the Latin American region. During the 23 years that he has been working in the advertising industry Javier has held several different positions: Art Director, Creative Director, and Customer Service Director. In more recent years Pardo has been dedicated to running AdO’s operations, positioning the agency as one of the most important independent actors within the advertising sector. Of late Javier has been resolutely involved in digital marketing, becoming a specialist in applying Artificial Intelligence to marketing and as such has been able to offer his clients a new way of understanding their industries based on user-to-brand behaviors.
Tushar Kadam is the Chief Creative Officer at Network Advertising and is responsible for the creative output across all the brands on our roster. Prior to this he was an Executive Creative Director at Mullen Lowe Lintas, Mumbai. The brands he handled were Knorr, Kwality Walls, Clinic Plus Shampoo, Clear Anti-dandruff Shampoo, Streax, Hair Colour, UltraTech Cement and Hamam Soap. Tushar started his career 16 years ago as a copywriter at Lowe Lintas, and has worked on Clinic All Clear (the ‘Dho daala’ and ‘Dare to wear Back’) campaigns, along with Axe deodorants. He was a part of the team that worked on the Balbir Pasha campaign for AIDS awareness (Balbir Pasha ko AIDS hoga kya).
After 4 years, he moved to McCann Erickson, where he spent a year and half as a creative team leader on Onida, Vaseline, Band-Aid, Western Union Money Transfer amongst others. This was followed by a stint at Ogilvy Mumbai. He spent two years working on Hutch regional (Gujarat circle), Haathi Cement, Parle and Cadburys (now Mondelez.) After which he joined JWT, Dubai for a brief stint working on Close-up, Kit Kat, Dominos and De Beers.
In 2007, he joined Leo Burnett Mumbai, where he spent 4 years working as creative director on accounts such as P& G (Regional Creative Director on Whisper for Asia Pacific, Japan and Korea), Heinz, Reliance and McDonalds.
He has won awards at the Cannes lions, Asia Pacific Awards, Goafest India, London Internation Aawards, D& Ad Yellow Pencil in book, One Show merit, and a campaign that is displayed at the Louvre, Paris in its advertising wing.
