After that he was assistant to the board of Directors and Account Executive for DB Düsseldorf/Berlin, from 1999 to 2001. In 2002 he founded WE DO communication GmbH GWA and is since then a Managing Partner. He is a committee member at “Creative Industries” at the chamber of industry and commerce IHK Berlin.

Andres is a Chilean advertising creative with a degree in social communications. Currently he’s Associate Creative Director at The Community Miami (No. 8 on Ad Age’s 2017 Agency A-List), developing campaigns from Silicon Valley, California.
Throughout 11 years of career he worked in Prolam Y&R, Publicis Chile and Lowe Porta for many internationals brands like Renault, Mazda, Corona Extra, LAN Airlines, Nestlé, L’Oréal, the Chilean Government and Arcor, garnering awards at festivals such as D&AD, Cannes Lions, Clio, LIA, ANDY, NY Festivals, ADC, El Sol, El Ojo de Iberoamérica, FIAP, ACHAP and Effie. His work has been published in Lürzer’s Archive Magazine, D&AD Book and The One Show Book.

During a 25 years career, Sunde has worked at agencies specialized in almost every category you could imagine in an advertising festival, among which stand out, DigitasLBi, Tribal DDB, Rapp Collins DDB, Altavia and Contrapunto BBDO. First as a copywriter and later as creative director, his portfolio includes works for clients and brands such as Amnesty International, Air France, BBVA, Cutty Sark, Decathlon, Fairtrade Label, FHM Magazine, Flex, Inversis Bank, Jazztel, Marionnaud Parfumeries, Mazda, Nestlé , Pfizer, Philips, Sanitas, Smart or Telefónica.
In 2013, he founded the independent agency Peanuts&Monkeys along with Mario Sánchez del Real and Joaquín Cobos. All of them are at the same time veterans of the digital era and strong believers on the powerful of brands. So, they support an innovative but holistic view of commercial communication, working for clients such as Disney Studios, Lucasfilms, Mitsubishi Motors, RAIS Foundation or WMF.
Sunde has been twice jury of the Spanish festival Club de Creativos and of the international New York Festivals. In the first edition of the WINA, held in Buenos Aires, he and his partner received 9 awards, stood out as the 4th agency in the global ranking.

Degree in Advertising and Public Relations; Magister in Marketing and Branding 2.0 and postgraduate in Radical Innovation by MIT. After 10 years helping to shape brand and marketing strategies for a broad range of top brands worldwide as McDonald’s, PlayStation, Absolut Vodka, Vodafone, BBVA, Nokia, Sony Entertainment, Pepsi or Renault, she co-Founded Estado Latente at 2013 in Panama.
Her firm is focus on helping brands, people and businesses as reinventing or reshaping their future and remaining competitive using the digital environment as mindset. Currently working for clients from LATAM, EMEA and USA as Panama Board of Tourism, Samsung, Toyota, Cable & Wireless, Garnier Group among others using innovation as a driver for change. She has also co-founded MINT University as a project of Estado Latente leading serial numbers of Hackatons worldwide & helping companies to #hackthefuture
Ruth’s holistic vision and understanding of the digital environment has been recognized at festivals such as Eurobest, WINA, Effie and Cannes Lions.
