Later he worked at Saatchi & Saatchi, DDB and he was Executive Creative Director at JWT.
After this, he set up the independent ad agency White Rabbit Budapest with his partners where he has been working for more than ten years.
His creative work won him numerous domestic and international awards like D&AD, Cannes Lions, One Show, Clio, LIA, ADC, Immortal Awards, New York Festivals, Webby Awards, Epica, Communication Arts, AdStars, Mobius Awards, Kinsale Sharks, One Screen, Cresta Awards, Brand Film Festival London, Cristal Festival, AdAge, Golden Award of Montreux, Lisbon International Advertising Festival, Creativepool, Golden Hammer, Golden Drum, PIAF, KIAF, White Square, AdBlackSea, Chip Shop and several Effies – including a Grand Prix.

Rodrigo is a Spanish-born creative nomad. He has been in advertising for more than 10 years, lived in 5 different countries and worked for 12 different markets across three continents. His work has been awarded at relevant creative festivals like Cannes Lions, Clio, FIAP, El Sol, CDC and many more. Three years ago, he moved to the US where he currently works at The Community as an Associate Creative Director on Corona, Porsche, OREO o PETA.

Currently serving as VP Creative at Castillo de If. He has more than 20 years of experience in advertising in Central America and South America markets. Today, his company Castillo de If, is recognized as the most awarded international advertising local agency since 2016 until 2020.
Oscar H. has more than 80 international and local creative recognitions, including some of the most prestigious Festivals in Latin America like Fiap, Eagle Awards, Caracol de Plata, Ojo de Iberoamérica, Festival Caribe, Festival de Antigua, WINA and Fepi (Festival de la Publicidad Independiente).

Felipe Pimentel is a Content Creative Director at Lew’Lara, TBWA’s Brazilian office. With over 15 years of experience that has been recognized at national and international advertising festivals such as Cannes, El Ojo, Wave and others. Pimentel started his career as an art director back in his hometown, Brasília. In 2016 he moved to São Paulo, started working at Lew’Lara/TBWA and have since then done consistent creative work for brands like Nissan, Gatorade, Airbnb, Wella, Kolenston, Netflix and the biggest brazilian bank, Banco do Brasil. Work that got Pimentel his first promotion as Head of Art and Digital in 2018 and gave him his currently job as Content Creative Director in wich he can mix art direction with his digital background.

A post graduate in Economics, from the top ranking University of Warwick (United Kingdom), with a passion for Consumer Behaviour Understanding, Abhinay has been an instrumental force in driving the vision of the Data Sciences division of Dentsu in South Asia as one of its founding employees. In his 4 years in the industry, he has risen from being a young manager with Carat (the media flagship agency of Dentsu) to Vice President– South Asia of its Data Sciences division. He has won numerous industry awards recognizing top talent in the region such as the Impact Top 30 Under 30, the Social Samosa Top 30 under 30, Leaders of Tomorrow and was even featured in the 2019 Forbes 30 Under 30 list. He was also Asia’s sole nominee for New talent in UK’s prestigious DataIQ Awards in 2018. He has also given TEDx talks on topics in advertising and the future of talent. He is an active member of the advertising and media industry in India and is on the Board of the Young Professionals Program of the Indian chapter of the International Advertising Association. When he isn’t at work, Abhinay drives his passion for creating a more inclusive society as a part of his role as Founder-Member in the Youth Council of Kindness Unlimited – India’s apex body for Kindness.

Hagall is a Creative Director, a multi-disciplinary senior creative born in Rio de Janeiro, he now lives in Dubai.
After stints as a senior art director at FCB Buenos Aires for two years, NBS/Dentsu Brazil, MullenLowe, and GREY Brazil, he worked as an Associate Creative Director at Wunderman+Thompson Dubai, since last year he is in charge of the creative direction of MullenLowe MENA, based in Dubai.
His projects have reached all the regions of Latin America and the MENA market. He has been honored for his work by major industry festivals like One Show, Cannes Lions, New York Festivals, Platinum Pencil, Clio, FastCo., Lynx, Effies, El Ojo, and Print Magazine, among others.

Nació en Buenos Aires en 1981. Abogado (UCA, Buenos Aires), MBA en Marketing (San Andrés, Buenos Aires), PMD (IESE Business School) Postgrados en Negocios Internacionales (Pompeu Fabra), Creatividad Publicitaria (Complot) y Comunicación Religiosa en la era Digital (Blanquerna), vive en Barcelona, con su mujer Bea y sus hijos Juana y Santiago.
12 años de experiencia en marketing móvil y creatividad publicitaria. Trabajó en McCann Erickson y TIMwe para MasterCard, DirecTV, La Nación, Banco Santander y Cablevisión.
En 2012 fundó La Machi Comunicación para Buenas Causas, una boutique creativa internacional para la comunicación de buenas causas con oficinas en Buenos Aires y Barcelona. Desde allí trabaja para distintas ONGs, empresas e instituciones de Latinoamérica y Europa.
Es profesor del Diploma de Especialización en Comunicación y Religión en la Era Digital de la Universidad Blanquerna (Barcelona).

Johan has more than 20 years of experience in communication and began his journey at a young age in the commercial film industry. After further training in business strategy and communication strategy, Johan started working at advertising agencies for international and national clients with communication strategy.
Twelve years ago, he was recruited to a larger web agency to make the agency more strategically strong in its delivery to customers. It was the first time that web production and pure brand strategy sat in the same room from day one.
In 2011, he started Sunny at Sea – a design agency with a focus on the user experience regardless of channel. From the start, Sunny at Sea has maintained all strategy, design and development in-house to ensure quality and understanding at all stages of the process. In this way, Johan created much smaller working groups together with his customers in order to cope with their target groups’ ever-increasing tendency to change.
Johan focuses today on building and changing brands into today’s increasingly emotional and digital world. As a brand strategist with expertise in the user experience and brand transfers, he and his colleagues continue to run Sunny at Sea based on the user experience regardless of channel, analogue or digital.

Publicist from the University of Santiago of Chile with a degree in creative management and sixteen years of experience. Currently, he is working as General Creative Director in Cheil Worldwide.
He has been Creative Director at BBDO, HAVAS, Kinderlab y he has also been Art Director at: Porta, TBWA / Frederick and Grey Chile. He has worked with brands like Samsung, Biersdorf, Eucerin, Paris, Directv, The Chilean Government, Pepsi, Copec Rally Chile, Colmena, Oxfor, BMW, CCU, Mayor University, Adidas, Watt’s, Ambrosoli, Arcor, Banco Itaú, La Cuarta, amongst other.
His work has been recognized in the Ojo de Iberoamérica, WINA, FIAP, EFFIE, Cannes, Lüzers Archive, ACHAP, IAB, harvesting more than forty national and international prizes. Making Cheil Chile the most awarded agency in the 2020 Wina Festival and the third local agency in the 2020 Ojo de Iberoamérica.
With the brand Paris, he has accomplished two recognitions from the Association of National Advertisers, ANDA, for Most Sustainable campaigns of the country. Matjaz Butara

After almost 10 years of working in leading advertising agencies (Grey, iProm, Pristop), where he worked with the largest global and local clients, Matjaž switched to the client side at the beginning of 2018 as Marketing Director at Adriatic Slovenica insurance company. In the summer of 2019, he accepted a big challenge as Marketing Director at the largest consumer electronics retailer in Slovenia, Big Bang. In June 2020 he additionally took over human resources and overall customer experience as Potential management Director.
Matjaž believes in hard work and in own creation of opportunities. He was an important member of the teams that were awarded at international and domestic marketing and business festivals (Cannes Lions, Effie, Golden Drum, Balcannes, European Excellence Award and many others). Matjaž regularly lectures at various professional events and in educational institutions, he was also a member of many international juries.

Mihnea Gheorghiu – Global Executive Creative Director, Publicis Italy.
Mihnea got into advertising when he was 19 in Bucharest, Romania.
In the years that followed, he worked in Hamburg, Paris, London, Madrid, Toronto, New York and Amsterdam. The work he created and creative directed over the years has won over two hundred awards (Cannes, D&AD, Clio, One Show, ANDY, NYF, LIAA, Eurobest, Epica) and mean comments on some advertising blogs.
Mihnea likes to think of new things to say or new ways to say the same things. He really enjoys that stuff. That, and raccoons. Mihnea thinks that raccoons are cool.
Since 2017, he is in Publicis Milan, overseeing all the global work for DIESEL and Heineken.
lucinda dobinson

Lucie started her career as a copywriter at a boutique advertising agency, where she was named Head of Copy within two years. During this time she worked on TTL copy and creative strategy for many household names including Unilever, Godiva, Octopus Energy, JLL, RBS, Turner Broadcasting and Action for Children.
After five years, she was restless for a new challenge and joined Countercept, an up-and-coming security start-up, where she ran a hugely successful rebrand and built out the in-house creative team.
When Countercept was acquired in 2018, Lucie oversaw all the global communications and was quickly named Global Head of Creative Strategy for both businesses. During this time, she became increasingly aware of many emerging challenges, specific to SaaS start-ups, that the existing agency model simply doesn’t answer, inspiring Lucie to break away and found her own agency, Creative Covenant, in October 2019.
