Peter Kacenka
I started my career in 1991 as a student Graphic Designer in the design studio
with the longest name in Slovakia, “Wiktor has asked us to be his friends, Ltd.”
In 1992, Wiktor became a part of the Leo Burnett Agencies Network.
After finishing my degree at the university I continued to work with Wiktor
as an Art Director. In 1997 I became a member of the Art Directors Club in Slovakia
and had been voted club’s President twice. I am a member of ADC Europe and till 2020 I worked as club’s board member.In the years that I have been with Wiktor Leo Burnett, I worked my way up to Executive Creative Director. Along the way, I have had a chance to collect couple of prestigious awards including Golden Epica Awards, Golden Watch Award, Golden Drumsticks and New Moment Award, Award and Shortlists at Cannes Lions Festival, Grand Cristal and Cristal Awards, Global Award, Golds at Midas Awards and Golden Hammer, Michael Conrad's Award
and many national awards including two Grand Prix. I have had a chance to participate
as a member of the jury at Golden Drums, Louskacek - Czech national festival, New York Festivals, Ad Stars Awards, ADCE Europe Award festival, Global Leo Burnett GPC 7+.
Regulary I participate as a jury member at Golden Nail - Slovak national advertising festival and for couple of years in row I am a member of the Grand Jury at Cresta Awards.
In 2022 I was presiding media category of Young Lions in Slovakia. In 2003 I was awarded FILIP which placed me into the Slovak Creativity Hall of Fame, in 2010 I was awarded among the 75 others with Leo Burnett World Wide STAR Reacher Award and in 2011 and 2012
I was awarded Creative Director of the Year in Slovakia.
