Arno Lindemann started his career over 25 years ago with a training as an advertising merchant at GREY in Düsseldorf. He also studied visual communication at the University of Wuppertal and was quickly recruited by Springer & Jacoby as art director in Hamburg, where at the age of 27 he became the youngest managing CD to work creatively for brands such as Mercedes Benz, Manager Magazin, Coca-Cola and many more. In 2004, he moved to Jung von Matt with his client Mercedes-Benz. There he also met his future business partners Bernhard Lukas and Bent Rosinski. In 2008, the three of them started their own creative agency and won the account of Mercedes-Benz Vans and Eurowings in their founding year. The following year they won 9 Lions in Cannes. This also catapulted their agency to No. 1 in the online ranking of German agencies and at the same time they were named Newcomer Agency of the Year. Since then, they have secured a permanent place in
the top 10 of Germany's most creative agencies. Their agency, LUKAS LINDEMANN ROSINSKI, employed up to 70 people at its peak. LLR works as a lead agency for clients such as: RABO Direkt, VODAFONE, Mercedes- Benz Vans, Subway, Eurowings, DA Direkt, DadoSens Cosmetics etc.
After 10 successful years with his own creative boutique LLR, the consulting CEO Bent Rosinski left the agency in 2020 to start his own coaching business and the two remaining CEOs moved with all employees and clients under the umbrella of Scholz & Friends Hamburg. Right at the beginning of the partnership, they
won two large, international Volkswagen projects and the client Shell.
Arno Lindemann is now Creative Partner @ Scholz & Friends and has always been active in many national and international juries such as CANNES LIONS, ONE SHOW; NYFestivals and many more.
He won over hundred of national & international awards and still fights for creativity every day!
