He is currently partner and Chief Creative Officer at Harold Zea & Asociados. In his 20 years of work in the advertising industry, his work has been recognized at Cannes Lions, The one Show, FIAP, Ojo de Iberomérica, WINA, FICE, FEPI and other international competitions, he has also been a juror in creativity and effectiveness festivals. He is a lecturer and trainer for different universities, academies and companies inside and outside Colombia on leadership, digital marketing and creative communication.
