Favete Encinas, the Executive Creative Director and founding partner at Rock and Roll - Santa Cruz, has 17 years of experience in the advertising sector.
He started his career with Ogilvy & Mather to later continue with Smart McCann Erickson as the art director for Coca-Cola and Entel. He worked as the Creative Director of Freelo, managing 360° campaigns for the bands AXE, OMO, Sedal, Ri-K, and more. Years later he joined the Consorcio Publicitario team as Creative Director for brands such as La Vitalicia, PAT, PIL Andina S.A. and Bisa Seguros.
In 2009, he joined the Athos/TBWA team as Creative Director to manage the TIGO account.
He is currently leading the creative communication of prestigious brands such as Tigo, BCP, Arcor, Renault, Chevrolet and CBN, among others. He has earned more than 66 awards at advertising festivals throughout his career.
He has been the Director and co-founder of the Escuelita de Creativos headquarters in Bolivia since 2019.
