Gradwell Sears is Executive Creative Director and hands-on problem solver at MediaMonks, where he currently oversees creative quality across a number of brands within the Facebook portfolio globally. Before that, Gradwell was lead CD of the New York office at MediaMonks working tirelessly towards growth and innovation. His professional career spans nearly 20 years beginning in New York City. In between his two roles at MediaMonks, he was ECD at Firstborn. Working across the agency’s full range of clients such as Peloton, Diageo, Roku and Adidas. His experience stretches widely across a number of verticals. From travel and automotive, to beauty, beverage, technology, retail, sport and music. All, which have been recognized by The Clios, One Show, The FWA, Awwwards, and many others. Earlier in his career, he was at AKQA, Arnold and other agencies in New York and London. Now based in Brooklyn with his wife and dog.
