Matjaž Germ
Matjaž Germ is the chief creative officer at Agency 101, one of the leading independent Slovenian and regional (former Yugoslavia countries) advertising agencies. He has been active in advertising for 15 years, and before joining his current working environment, he developed in various advertising cultures within network agencies (DDB, Publicis, McCann). With his teams, he has also won numerous awards at local and international festivals such as ADC*E, WhiteSquare, BallCannes. Among other titles, his agency has been awarded the title of the best digital agency in the country 4 times in the last 5 years. As the head of the creative team, he is heavily involved in developing creative potential and integrating young creatives into the agency environment. The young professionals he leads in the agency are among the most recognized in the country; a member of the agency's creative team also won the Young Lions competition at the Cannes festival 3 years ago.
