Agency Registration
Who can register in WINA? The festival is made up of global participation from independent big, small, or medium sized advertising agencies or independent multinational networks. This includes: Pharma and Healthcare Agencies, PR Agencies, Producers of commercials and content, Announcers, In house, Media Agencies, Creative Studios, Design Studios, Music Producers, Multimedia Studios, Active and Development Agencies, Logistic Operators for BTL, Creative Boutiques, Image Consultants, BTL Agencies, The Media, Interactive Agencies, Direct Marketing and Development Agencies, Post-producers, Department of State Communications, Animation Studios, Image and Sound Producers, Content Producers, Communication Agencies, Television, Press, Communication Consultants, Internal Institutional Relations, etc.
STEP BY STEP
1. Register your agency at: https://awards.winafestival.com/agencies-registration/
2. You will receive an email within the next 3 working days. If you meet the requirements listed at the start of this section, you will receive a username and password to log into the platform.
3.Enter your username and password under the “Agency Access” tab and follow the instructions to upload your 5 free entries. Case uploading can be done in stages until you reach the total number that you were authorized to submit. Please remember that registration closes on April 26, 2025.
4. You can login whenever you need to see the number of entries you have uploaded so far. It is possible that in the days following these submissions, you will be contacted to request necessary adjustments.
5.The winners will receive an email notifying them of the number of trophies obtained, so that they can make the respective payment for the award rights. The winners of Gold, Silver, and Bronze trophies will only know what medal they have won on the day of the award ceremony and in publications made after the event. The winners of the Grand Prix and Titanium awards, will be contacted after the presidents of the judges’ panel vote on the festival’s top awards.
