Luis Constantino is OLIVER’s Chief Creative Officer for Latin America, responsible for leading and inspiring a creative community of more than 250 people all over the region. Luis started his career working in traditional offline agencies and then moved to the digital industry. In 2002 joined Havas Group in Brazil to build and develop their digital creative area, where he stayed for 12 years, in 2014 he moved to Portugal to Havas Lisbon as Creative Director. Back in Brazil, he’s led the creative and digital areas at TBWA Brazil, later on, he was invited to join WE, the biggest independent agency in Brazil as Creative Director and Head of Innovation. In 2017, he accepted the challenge to kick off OLIVER’s operation in Latin America as Chief Creative Officer for the region. Along the years, Luis has led award-winning campaigns for the most desired global brands, such as Peugeot, Citroen, Danone, Reckitt, Hyundai, Telefonica, L’Oreal, Nikon, Reckitt, Santander, Unilever, Itaú, Microsoft, KLM, Walmart, Whirlpool, among others. Last but not least, Luis has been recognized by different creative festivals around the world, such as New York Festivals, Cannes, D&AD, LIA, Effie Awards, El Ojo de Iberoamerica, FIAP, Webby Awards to name a few.
