Simon Lee is one of Australia’s most prominent creative advertising leaders. In his 20+
year advertising career, Simon has a strong record for leading independent agencies to
creative excellence. He is the creative architect of leading Australian indie – The Hallway,
taking the agency to the forefront of the Australian indie scene and winning 7 agency of
the year titles.
Simon has created dial-shifting campaigns for many of Australia and the world’s most
famous brands including Google, Suncorp Bank, Binge, Qantas, GWM and Boody. With
a focus on the intersection of brand truth and cultural pertinence, Simon’s work has been
awarded at every major show around the world, and he has won over 35 creative awards
in the last 3 years alone. He describes his purpose as being “a creative catalyst for a
flourishing world”, a purpose that is the driving force behind his work and the teams that
