Ossi is a Creative Director and Partner at hasan & partners, one of Finland’s most famous independent agencies, which dramatically collapsed in 2025 and then immediately rebooted, because some things simply refuse to die. He has spent over two decades in advertising while somehow retaining his enthusiasm for it, working with clients including Nokia, Fazer, OnePlus, Pfizer, ABB, Wolt, and Naisten Linja.

His work has been recognized in Cannes, with multiple Effies, and a range of other international and domestic awards he is too modest to fully enumerate. He holds an eMBA from Berlin School of Creative Leadership, where his thesis examined leadership transitions in creative agencies. Alongside his client work, he has spent years teaching and mentoring students, feeding an industry that frequently forgets to feed itself.

Ossi has a deep and ongoing interest in creative technology, including generative visuals, 3D tools, AI applications, and building things that probably shouldn’t exist but look incredible. Beyond advertising, he is a father of two, a grower of chili peppers of escalating ambition, an enthusiastic cook, and an aspiring novelist — because apparently one creative career was never going to be enough.
