Con el Titanium desierto y los 19 oros y 3 Grand Prix entregados, los mas de 90 jurados internacionales dejaron claro que el nivel de exigencia en el WINA fue alto. Además se entregaron 73 platas, 89 bronces y 78 menciones de honor (cuarto lugar), en una edición que tuvo agencias inscritas de los 5 continentes.
Fueron más de 90 jurados de alto nivel, de los 5 continentes, entre otros: Michael Chao (Dir. de marketing Walmart China), GuanHin Tay (Regional Executive Creative director y director creativo mundial para JWT), Luis Miguel Messianu (CEO y fundador de ALMA DDB – U.S.A), Fernando Vega Olmos (CEO y fundador de Pic Nic), Daniel Comar (Director Creativo regional Asia Pacífico Geometry Global), Flavio Pantigoso (DG FCB- Bélgica), Juan José Posada (DCE Geometry Global – Londres), Liam Wielopolski (Director Creativo para DDB SurÁfrica), quienes certificaron a los ganadores a nivel global.
Algunas conclusiones generales arrojadas en el WINA Festival 2016:
- Chile tuvo 5 agencias en el top 15 global (Simple, Why, Shackleton, Inbrax, Benapres & Lyon)
- El Caso Ruso de la agencia TutkovBudkov para S7 Arilines gravedad Zero con la banda “Ok Go” y con mas de mil millones de visitas, obtuvo 5.0 puntos de calificación por todos los jurados, pero no logró el Titanium
- Europa fue dominador en Design con Reino Unido, Portugal, Irlanda, Suiza, Rusia y Holanda, como protagonistas
- Chile, Colombia, Argentina y México, los latinos más destacados
- Croacia fue claro protagónico en packaging
- 18 agencias hicieron de España el país europeo más premiado donde Peanuts & Monkeys fue el mejor ubicado (4º puesto) y Officer & Gentleman (6º puesto) el segundo mejor con 6 platas
- Por Centroamérica el mejor rankeado es Panamá, con la agencia Estado Latente y su caso “Visit Panamá”, además se destacan Busha de Costa Rica y Milagro and Partners
- Las únicas agencias que lograron Grand Prix son chilenas: Simple & Shackleton Chile
- La agencia Archer Troy fue la que más metales obtuvo con un total de 11
- En Alemania el top 3 quedó así: 1. Achtung! GMBH; 2. Bernstein GMBH; 3: We do Communication GMBH

To ensure credibly judging results the WINA jury team consisted of 90 most recognized industry professionals from around the world.
The 90 established jurors who were selected from five continents, included profiles like: Michael Chao (Marketing Manager Walmart China), GuanHin Tay (Regional Executive Creative Director and Creative Director for JWT Worldwide), Luis Miguel Messianu (CEO and Founder (Spain), Fernando Vega Olmos (CEO and founder of Pic-Nic), Daniel Comar (Regional Creative Director Asia Pacific Geometry Global), Flavio Pantigoso (DG FCB- Belgium), Juan José Posada (DCE Geometry Global – London), Liam Wielopolski (Chief Creative Officer DDB South Africa), to name a few who certified work submitted to WINA 2016.
Through WINA (World Independent Advertising Awards) we have successfully identified the best independent agencies in the world.
WINA 2016 RESULTS:
Chile boasted with 5 agencies in the overall top 15 (Simple, Why, Shackleton, Inbrax, and Benapres & Lyon)
There was no agency rewarded with Titanium but three deserving agencies walked away with the Grand Prix trophies and 19 Gold trophies.
The Russian agency TutkovBudkov who works with the S7 Airlines, Gravity Zero with the band “Ok Go” and with more than one billion views, they obtained a high 5.0 points from all the jurors, but still this was not enough for the Juror Presidents to award the honour of Titanium.
Europe dominated the Design category. Countries such as UK, Portugal, Ireland, Switzerland, Russia and the Netherlands were the major competitors.
Chile, Colombia, Argentina and Mexico can shine as the most creatively outstanding Latin Countries.
Croatia was the clear leader in packaging.
With a total of 18 Spanish agencies in the shortlist; Spain was the most awarded European country. Agency Peanuts & Monkeys stands at 4th place winner at WINA and now announced the best Spanish agency. Agency Officer & Gentleman now the 2nd best in Spain ranked at 6th place with 6 silver trophies at WINA.
For Central America, the best rated creative country is Panama, with agency Estado Latente and its case “Visit Panama”, in addition to Busha and Milagro & Partners from Costa Rica.
The only agencies that achieved a Grand Prix were both from Chile: Simple and Shackleton Chile.
Archer Troy is the agency that was rewarded the most awards with a total of 11 trophies throughout all the categories.
The German top 3 ranking agencies were: 1st place Achtung! GMBH; 2nd place Bernstein GMBH and 3rd place We Do! Communication GMBH.
