President of the APAR (Association of Advertising Agencies of Rosario), Founder, Director and Creative Director of Carlos Bartolomé & Assoc. a marketing and communication agency based in Rosario City, Argentina, with 28 years of experience bringing its services to clients all over the country, focused on developing research-based communication strategies.

Director of the AAP (Argentine Association of Advertising), he was a cinematographer and now continues as director of the commercials and tv shows produced by CBA Cine.

Arthur was Tenured Professor in the Faculty of Political Science and International Relations (National University of Rosario) and visiting Professor at the National Universities of Litoral and Paraná.
