Business Development and collaboration, HIRSCHEN GROUP, (Germany)
She started her professional career in 1998 by studying law, because she had the dream to become a diplomat. But when she started her first student job within a comms department in the renown German bank called HypoVereinsbank (now UniCredit), she fell in love with working in this field. It’s when she realized that what gives her the greatest joy is to communicate with all different kinds of people, stakeholders and audiences to understand their needs and find the best solution.
Then, she shifted into studying communications and have been very thankful for this decision ever since. Then, she got a full time job in the bank for four years, working in advertising, PR and events. She studied comms in the evenings and on weekends. In these years it became clear to her that she wanted to work on different big brands from as a strategic account manager, ideally for globally active brands. That‘s why she started at TBWA in 2003 and worked there as International Account Director. Mostly on international accounts like NIVEA and Hansaplast. After more than 8 great years she switched from a big network to one of the five biggest independent advertising agencies in Germany: The Hirschen Group, being responsible for Business Development and Collaboration. It’s a very diverse full service agency group of 7 brands. It has been more than 8 wonderful years with amazingly smart and talented colleagues and she has seen lots and lots of great work for clients and of course following the activities in the communication industry closely.
