Maria Milusheva is an award winning creative with over 60 industry awards  and 15+ years in the advertising industry. Since Maria joined Noble Graphics in 2010, the agency has been named Most Creative Agency in Bulgaria twice, and Most Effective Agency of the Year three times, getting to top 20 of the best performing advertising agencies in Europe, based on marketing effectiveness and results. Maria Milusheva was recognized as one of the top 15 creative women globally according to Cannes Lions and See It Be It. Inspired by this great honor, she started See It Be It Bulgaria and brought to life 13 local female-empowerment events with a total of 71 lecturers from around the world. As a passionate change-agent and a vocal voice for using advertising as an instrument for social and cultural progress, she’s been featured as a speaker at events like Golden Drum, Ad Black Sea Festival and TEDx.
