Robert Woodrich


Creative, driven, and full of fresh ideas, Robert is a native English-speaking marketing communications expert with over 14 years of international experience in the private and public sectors, crafting communications products for clients from diverse industries. He plays an active role in all PAPER & PAGE’s accounts, managing government-funded programs (e.g., Alaska Seafood Marketing Institute, U.S. Dry Bean Council, USA Dry Pea & Lentil Council, Chulalongkorn University, Japan Foundation Bangkok, Embassy of Switzerland in Thailand, Switzerland Global Enterprise, and Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Thailand) and NGOs (e.g., Child’s Dream Foundation, Deutscher Fußball Botschafter, and ECPAT International), while partnering with impact-driven businesses (e.g., Dao Ethical Gifts, North-East Family Office, and Pranda Group). PAPER & PAGE has the distinction of being Thailand’s first Certified B Corp™ and climate-neutral agency and has won the 2020 Public Relations & Communications Association (PRCA) SEA “Best Not-for-Profit and Charity Campaign” Award for its campaign, “#USPulses: Super-clean Superfoods.” Reflecting his growing recognition in the communications industry, Robert has been elected to the boards of directors for both the Swiss-Thai Chamber of Commerce and the Thai-Canadian Chamber of Commerce (CanCham Thailand) and was chosen as juror for PRCA Asia-Pacific in 2020 and 2021. Before co-founding PAPER & PAGE, he served as senior editor for the American PR and communications firm Burson-Marsteller in its Bangkok office, overseeing content for many of Southeast Asia’s leading brands. Robert’s prior experience in Thailand includes producing polished marketing collateral and social media plans for the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP), the largest UN body serving the Asia-Pacific region. He has lectured at Thammasat University, Chulalongkorn University, and Mahidol University, specializing in PR and crisis communications. He also taught at three Canadian universities; most recently, Carleton University in Ottawa. Robert holds a M.A. in Communications from Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo, Canada and a B.A. in Communications from the University of Windsor in Windsor, Canada. He received further training at the prestigious University of Milan in Milan, Italy. Recently, Robert has gone on to assume the greatest role of his lifetime, CPO (Chief Paternal Officer) to his newborn daughter.
