I am Lorena Talma, Corporate Communications Manager at Arcos Dorados Chile, with more than 25 years of experience in media, communications, and corporate reputation. I have led the positioning of the company’s social and environmental initiatives as part of the “Recipe for the Future” strategy, focused on sustainability, circular economy, and community engagement.

My career has included experience in the media as well as in various industries such as banking and global organizations, integrating sustainability and innovation as key drivers to generate a positive impact on communities and on the public perception of brands and companies. In 2013, I joined Arcos Dorados to lead communications in Chile, and in 2019 I received the company’s highest recognition: the President’s Award. In 2025, I was recognized as a Leading Women Chile, standing out for a career that has left a mark and contributed to my company’s reputation, along with my professional leadership and commitment to sustainable and responsible management. I am convinced that technology is a valuable tool that supports our work and can masterfully handle data and algorithms, but not the emotion and personal touch of storytelling.
