Quods Ouaissi is Chief Creative Officer and a former copywriter whose work sits at the crossroads of culture and creativity. Over the past 15 years, she has helped shape the voice of more than a hundred brands, from Coca-Cola, Toyota, and Nivea to Samsung, Mondelez, Land Rover, Danone, Shell… across categories spanning FMCG, automotive, telecom, finance, and social impact.

Winner of over 60 national and international awards, including Dubai Lynx, Luum Awards,  Mobius, LA International Film & Video Festival, , and others, Quods has been repeatedly recognized as a driving force in African creativity. In 2025 and 2026 she was named Creative of the Year in Morocco, with her agency earning multiple “Agency of the Year” titles.

Her creative philosophy is rooted in the idea that culture is both playground and provocation,  a fertile ground for bold ideas that challenge codes, move people, and redefine how brands show up in society.

A passionate mentor and collaborator, she has also served as a jury member in the Culture category at major African advertising festivals, championing creative work that sparks genuine human connection.
For Quods, creativity is not just about communication, it’s about creating meaning, momentum, and moments that stay with people long after the campaign ends.
