After graduating in communication sciences from the Univeristy of Leuven (Belgium), Steven discovered his passion for advertising at a television company, These Days (VML) and VVL/BBDO, to start his own agency ten years later.
AdSomeNoise started in 2012 as a digital production studio, but grew 13 years later into a non-conformist full-service agency built around a digital core. That digital reputation makes sense when you look at Steven, as he has a very intuitive and natural understanding of digital platforms and communication. In AdSomeNoise, his passions for both innovation and advertising come together. However, he does not like pigeonholing and mainly tries to think very strongly from integration and journeys.
Steven is critical and strategic and wants to have as much impact as possible. He tries to do this, in addition to working for his own clients, as a (founding) member of the Board of Directors of the Belgian Association of Marketing, as the curator of the biggest Belgian marketing conference, and in different juries of which the Belgian Effies awards are the latest addition.
